Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Wichita

The house is fun, and we would reserve it again. We are a family of 7, with me (Mom), 3 young adult sons and daughters, and three teenagers. It’s an older house, with a couple “Older house idiosyncrasies”. it’s such a lovely house for a stay, and so very cleverly and elegantly arranged. It feels peaceful, welcoming, and even the furniture layout begs for family engagement. The hot tub is amazingly clean, and my teens loved it. There were plenty of towels for it, readily accessible for everybody. At dinner time I was relieved to find a can opener and colander. Every utensil I could need was available and easy to find; there were enough I didn’t have to wash and reuse to get through meal prep. Also, there were plenty of dishes, and they were beautiful. I didn’t have to wash any to finish our meal. The dining room is arranged so we could all eat near each other, rather than in shifts. There were plenty of plastic plates and cups for small children. I highly recommend it for a family

Everything during our stay went well and Ryan was quick to respond to anything we needed or asked for. Check in was simple, I was able to get in within a minute, and the place was clean super clean and quiet.

perfect for me and my two dogs. Very clean and comfy bed. I will definitely save location this for when i return! Racy was responsive and very attentive of needs during check in and the rainstorms. Location is conveniently located near grocery stores, food, and even a block from the friend I was visiting (which i wasn’t aware when i first booked!)

This was a long overdue get together with my adult siblings. The place couldn’t have been more perfect for spending a weekend together. The kitchen had everything, it was cozy, plenty of places to chat, hang out, play cards and dominos. Four bedrooms and the whole place was beautiful with a Koi pond, covered patio, Fireplace. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay. Jennifer was very responsive when we had a question. We will definitely be going back. A+ for this experience.

I had a nice stay here. I was in town for a wedding so I needed a place for a few days. it is an older home but fit the needs of a small group. which mine was 2. The street it's on is a bit narrow and we had a hiccup when we were first checking in which was quickly resolved. other than that it was smooth sailing. I would recommend this place if u don't mind an older historic neighborhood that is quite and close to Amenities. Great stay.

This was our first glamping experience and it didn’t miss. The Hide Away says it all in its name. You felt like you were in a world of your own in a space full of charming decor and all of the amenities you would need. We highly recommend to those looking to get away to spend time together out in nature. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice and cozy home, probably one of the softest beds I’ve slept on. The neighborhood was very quiet and welcoming, it’s one of the best options if you’re on a budget, I definitely recommend!

Back at Brunswick for the second time, and it was just as amazing as before! Huge thanks to Jose for the thoughtful loyalty discount and for upgrading the kitchen with brand-new cookware. Being able to cook fresh meals every day made our stay even more enjoyable. No doubt—we’ll be booking this place again!

Super friendly hosts! Easy check in and check out. Super clean little place for Two. We visited family in Derby and the drive was easy peezy. We enjoyed our stay.

The tv in the main living room wasn’t connected to the internet and we could never figure out how to get it to connect so we weren’t able to use it, but other than that it is a very beautiful loft. It was very clean, smelled very good, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here while in town visiting a friend. This is by far one of my favorite Airbnb experiences! Hosts were very friendly! They went above and beyond for their guest. They provided a book of places in town to eat by category! Wireless charger, sound machine, coffee, ice, chilled mugs! The kitchen was small but they had everything you could possibly need to cook! The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels along with soap and other toiletries you may need during your stay. The place was adorable! The hosts couldn’t have been more amazing! If you’re visiting Wichita just pick this one! I will 100% be staying here when I come!

This house was perfect for our son’s wedding party. The front entrance even had the perfect place to hang all the suits for the groomsmen. They were able to hang out, play yard games, and enjoy evenings before the big day. We then rented the two small apartments for I and the girlfriends. It was so nice to be on the same property . It was a unique place and made our wedding weekend even more fun for our guests/groomsmen. All the guys loved the house!!

Hosted out-of-town guests, and had a lovely stay

We were in town for a concert (Temple Love is a great venue FYI) and had a great stay at Randy's place! It was really clean and in a great location - very walkable to anything downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Deanna's place was just a lovely reprieve at the end of each day of our busy vacation. It was decorated so nicely and we had everything we could need in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Extra blankets were so great. The games in the living room were a plus. We appreciated the extra touches, like the water filter in the fridge and extras in the bathroom in case we forgot anything. The neighbors on both sides were so quiet! It was really restful, especially with the blackout curtains so we could sleep in-- Loved it! We will be back, thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!
