Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Relax with the whole family or group at this peaceful home. All the amenities are included for your restful visit. Very quiet area located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Wickenburg. Backyard has covered patio with comfortable seating, is filled with citrus trees for privacy, and includes a fire-pit and dining area for enjoyable evenings. Master bedroom has king bed and bathroom. Other 2 bedrooms each include queen beds and share a full bathroom. Central kitchen and living areas.

Newer open house, beautifully decorated ,4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open concept , 70" smart Tv, plus smart tvs in all rooms,optional heated pool, through Oct through May 31st, quiet neighborhood, tennis courts, ball fields, splash pad within walking distance. Heating of pool is AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 PER NIGHT. Please let us know. We charge 35.00 a night for guest 7 or 8. Please include ,guests staying the nights, ages of children and also if they know how to swim prior to approving.

Sugarhill

Lovely vacation home centrally located in Wickenburg. This is a great value for daily, weekly and monthly guests. Fully equipped kitchen and includes linens, towels and we also have a fully equipped coffee station. We have 3 queen beds,queen air mattress and couch for sleeping arrangements. Sits atop a hill with great Mountain View’s. Relax to the large patio either for chatting with family and friends, dinning or playing a game of corn hole! We do have a CAMERA set up by our garage.
