Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Wicker Park, Chicago

Great location, easy street parking. Beautiful smart home. Comfortable and great for a family get together. Christopher was super responsive and the best host I've had so far. Restaurants are all around and amazing. Christopher was an amazing host, providing area entertainment suggestions and other fun area recommendations. He even sent me flowers for my birthday! All needed house items were provided. He even provided eye masks in the bedroom nightstands. We would definitely rent again!

We were in town for a bachelorette weekend and Austin’s place was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Having outdoor space was important and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a rooftop space in addition to the yard. Austin was also super responsive even when we had to reach out late on a Friday. A couple notes that are just FYI. Austin’s place is across from a school which wasn’t a problem at all except we arrived around 3:00… right at pick up time. The road was closed just for a short bit, so you might want to check in later of you’re checking in on a school day , or plan to park around the block. And there is no longer a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. We would book this place again in a heartbeat and really enjoyed our time and the location. Thanks Austin!

Nicole and Matt were extremely responsive and excellent hosts. The bnb was in an awesome location in Lincoln Park with lots of great bars, restaurants and close proximity to the plethora of attractions in downtown Chicago. I would stay there again and recommend this lovely town home to all!

Loved our stay and the location was perfect for our group celebrating a birthday. Very quiet family neighborhood with great amenities near by. Andrew and Lauren were great hosts and very responsive. The house has a nice layout with the bedrooms on the top floor which holds any street noise to a minimum. Parking was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for 5 people plus a nice kitchen for coffee and breakfast. It was super easy to get around Chicago and its suburbs by car or by train - just a few min walk to a line that goes to Logan Square and the Loop and close to the highway. Can't recommend the place enough!

This space was perfect for a bachelorette weekend! All 9 girls fit very easily in the space and the open concept kitchen/living room was perfect for staying engaged with the group, no matter where you were. As someone who likes to cook at airbnbs, I was SO impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was. It had everything you could need, and plenty of plates/glassware for a large group. There was plenty of wall space to add a photo backdrop and decorate the home to make it special for our bride! The beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone felt so at home in their bedrooms. Sound also travels well throughout the home, so we could play music from a speaker downstairs and everyone could enjoy it upstairs as well, even at a low volume. The location was perfect! Just about a block away from a street filled with coffee, cafes, cocktail bars, restaurants, etc! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was easy to find free street parking right next to the home. The perfect place!

Leigh was a wonderful host-very helpful and responsive. His place is very well stocked with nearly every kitchen item needed. The furnishings are well suited to the space. The neighborhood is very nice, close to many attractions on the north side with easy access to the L or CTA train system. There is a corner store and restaurants nearby. The one challenge is all three bedrooms are on the third floor. This can be difficult for those with limited mobility, very young children or older people. With that exception, we had a wonderful stay. Thanks Leigh!

This place absolutely perfect! We were back and forth from Navy Pier for a tournament. The apartment was the perfect escape from the noise. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the city. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. The price, for Chicago, is totally worth it!! Host is very quick to respond. The distance from the Pier to the apartment is an easy, short drive.

Tiffany was friendly host and made sure to communicate with us to make our stay enjoyable. The place walkable distance to public transit and the neighborhood was safe enough to walk at night. It was clean and as pictured, there was coffee, utensils, plates, etc if you needed prepare food.

We stayed on the third floor of the complex and enjoyed Matthew's attention to detail. He gave a lot of thought to all components of his property.

We truly had the best time staying at Alec’s. The space is lovely, comfortable, and has everything you’d need. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and private with a high fence surrounding it. We enjoyed spending time by the fire and the neighborhood is great. Our favorite part by far were Alec’s two lovely pups Molcajete and Lobita. They were absolute ANGELS and made us so happy- we hated leaving them. Alec was a great host- super communicative, friendly, and just what we needed. When we come back to Chicago, we’ll definitely stay with him again.

Elizabeth’s place was perfect! So cozy and on a beautiful street. And Elizabeth’s hospitality is excellent. I can’t wait to stay again!

Great location, nice unit. Older building but nice updates. You can definitely hear the tenant upstairs so bring headphones or earplugs if that bothers you.

We had an amazing 5-star stay in Chicago! The home was spotless, artfully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches like a piano, guitar, and a welcome gift. We loved the 360° rooftop deck with a fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen with a balcony. Beds were super comfy with high-quality, clean bedding. Though close to downtown, the home is on a quiet street and offers keyless entry — very convenient. We also appreciated the private garage with EV charger, 3 TVs, 2 fireplaces, and a great Nespresso machine. The location is unbeatable—near top spots like Swift & Sons and City Winery. Natasha was an excellent, responsive host. We’re already planning to return!

We had an excellent time here. Our whole dance team was able to stay comfortably and safely. We managed to fit 5 cars in the parking which was essential to us. It was all clean close to everything we came to Chicago for. The communication with the host was great and always prompt. We loved it here.
