Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

The charming, sunny vacation home "Zum Kirschgarten" welcomes you to the spa town of Bad Sachsa. Located in the South Harz and lovingly furnished, this is the perfect starting point for all hiking enthusiasts and those who simply want to relax. With 183 m², three floors and beds for up to nine people and two toddlers, our vacation home in the Harz Mountains offers plenty of space for large families and groups of friends. In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the small village of Werna, population 200, which belongs to the town of Ellrich at the foot of the southern Harz Mountains. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. To rejuvenate, let yourself be wonderfully warmed in the infrared sauna, and after settling into the cozy Swiss pine bed, nothing stands in the way of a deep and restful sleep.

On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
