Beautiful detached bungalow, with spacious bedroom and bathroom all together. In the living room, there are windows/ doors on all sides that open onto the terrace. There is underfloor heating but also a large fireplace/wood stove, the kitchen is equipped with luxurious appliances. Behind the meadow, of which you can come to the dyke via a walkway for a nice walk or a kayak trip. In this area, Amsterdam is 10 km away, also accessible by bike. The picturesque villages of Laren and Naarden are 10 km away.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place on the water.

Mooi vakantieverblijf op een schitterende locatie aan het water, en toch maar 30 minuten van Amsterdam . Het maakt onderdeel uit van onze eigen woning, maar is een zelfstandige wooneenheid, heeft prachtig uitzicht, zowel voor op het water, achter tuin. Het ligt aan zeer rustig weggetje waar nog ca 20 andere vrijstaande huizen aan liggen. De rivier de Vecht is heerlijk om in te zwemmen, schoon helder water, en natuurlijk prachtig om op te varen. Er is een kleine roeiboot aanwezig en 2 kano's.

Charming and spacious (+190 m2) familyhouse with a cosy atmosphere. Our backyard directly borders river 'De Vecht'. From our private dock you can swim, SUP, fish or watch the boats go by. The surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking or boating. If you are comfortable around boats, our sloop (7m) is available for an extra fee. Amsterdam is 20 minutes by car, as is Utrecht. A nearby train station (4km) has good connections to the cities of Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam as well.k

Amazing Family Lake House

Our amazing Dutch lake house in a quiet village 15 km from Amsterdam is perfectly placed for a city meets nature stay, with a great garden overlooking the water and plenty to appeal to traveling families. It’s a relaxing place to stay – swim, sup, sail directly from the garden – with the cities Amsterdam and Utrecht just around the corner. The lake can be explored by boat, taking you to small beaches, while the village and neighborhood can be explored by (e-)bikes provided by the owner.

Hier verblijf je tussen grazende koeien, zingende vogels en bootjes die rustig voorbij varen op de rivier. Stap vanaf de eigen steiger het water in voor een verkwikkende duik of pak de kano

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

How wonderful it is in Loosdrecht! Enjoy the beautiful view from our rooftop terrace over De Loosdrechtse lakes. Or from the terrace in the harbor at restaurant Porto. Feel welcome on our boat. We hope you will treat our boat as well as we do. Of course, smoking is not allowed inside. No problem for you? Looking forward to welcoming you! In consultation, you can also rent our sloop (boat license required). Children are welcome if they have a swimming certificate.

The Barn

The barn has been in the family for 50 years, we are now renting it out regularly and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. After a driveway of 35 meters, you arrive at the Schuur, a wooden house with a living room, fully equipped kitchen and on the first floor two large bedrooms. And a bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. The garden is 1500 square meters. The barn has a large swimming/natural water where we often swim and a meadow of 1 hectare.

A cozy house on the water, close to Amsterdam. There is free parking at the door. Walking forests across the street, Loosdrechtse lakes with boat rental and beaches very close by. Within half an hour, you will be in the heart of Amsterdam or Utrecht. Unique is the bright living room/kitchen with large windows all around and French doors to the terrace. Unobstructed views of swans, ducks, coots. And in the evening, you can relax by the fireplace.
