Beautiful detached bungalow, with spacious bedroom and bathroom all together. In the living room, there are windows/ doors on all sides that open onto the terrace. There is underfloor heating but also a large fireplace/wood stove, the kitchen is equipped with luxurious appliances. Behind the meadow, of which you can come to the dyke via a walkway for a nice walk or a kayak trip. In this area, Amsterdam is 10 km away, also accessible by bike. The picturesque villages of Laren and Naarden are 10 km away.

With this Ibiza-style holiday home near Amsterdam, you can really enjoy your holiday in a quiet and green park. That is why only guests aged 25 and over are allowed to book. You can immediately swim into the Loosdrechtse water via the private jetty. But you can also use our sloop, which is available for €100 incl. Gasoline to be booked is per day to the lakes for a day on the lake. Sail to a restaurant for a lunch or dinner. Or go BBQ on our covered terrace with Weber BBQ and cozy lighting.

In onze verbouwde garage waan je je in een tinyhouse van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruime keuken heeft diverse apparatuur. Op de begane grond staat een heerlijke ( slaap) bank. Lees de beschrijving goed: Op de vide bevind zich een tweepersoonsbed (140×200). Let op! De vide is zeer laag en niet geschikt voor minder mobiele personen! voor 1 tot 3/4 personen ( 2 volw.2kds) 4 volwassenen is het te klein voor maar is mogelijk indien je elkaar goed kent. beneden 17m2 vide 9m2. Klein maar fijn 💐

Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.
