Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

We rent a house renovated in June 2018 with about 90 m² of living space in the small mountain town of Lautenthal. Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100 m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here, both hikes and day trips by bicycle or car are easy to undertake.

Charming listed and freshly renovated semi-detached house in a beautiful old mining settlement in Bad Grund. Perfect for nature lovers, idyllic hiking trails start right outside the front door. The interesting "Cave Adventure Center" with the "Iberg Stalactite Cave" is in the immediate vicinity, as well as the beautiful "World Forest" with the adjacent landmark, the "Hübichenstein". Shopping is within walking distance (approx. 10 - 15 minutes) in the village.
