It was a wonderful, peaceful, stay surrounded by lots of land, trees, and a river in which you can overlook the park right across from it. The neighbors were friendly. The place itself is a very nice location to get away from the big city and enjoy nature and the accommodations by the private home. We loved the proximity to the river, we were able to sit at the fire pit and enjoy the sound of the water. We also had kayaks. We loved the big tvs both outside and inside! It was a great stay to get away.

This spacious 5-bedroom home was ideal for our family getaway. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen flowed into the upstairs living room, providing ample space to hang out while some prepared food while others sat and talked. The unique lazy Susan in the breakfast area was a bonus. Owner Mike was very communicative and answered all our questions. Though it’s far from central Austin, it offers a relaxed and serene atmosphere.

Jennifer was a gracious host. Her communication and instructions were proactive; yet not overwhelming. Ideal stay for my husband and I, plus three teens. The home is well stocked with games and activities, sufficient seating and lighting, stocked fridge, laundry facility, and bathrooms. She had everything we needed-- including charging cords for the teens' various electronic devices.

Thank you for being such a great host! I'm picky about where I stay, and your home checked all the boxes. I loved how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were, how detailed your instructions are, the towel warmers, all THE PLANTS 🥰, the coffee and tea fixings, the candles/ oils/ scents, all the tvs, the Nintendo game, the guest book, the deck, the layered decor, access to W/D, the books, great wifi, the deer everywhere, etc. Your place was the perfect retreat we desperately needed. It's obvious you put a lot of effort and care into your property. Very well done! We'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay it was very quite and peaceful. The home was beautiful inside and out. We loved being right on the water with a beautiful view from the master bedroom I loved watching the sunset and sunrise from the living room with all windows. We will definitely look forward to booking again. I also enjoyed the family pics in the home it was a nice touch a beautiful home to match a beautiful family.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of fresh towels and essentials. April was very responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The space was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. Our family rented three of the bungalows including # 6. They all were great. Beds comfortable and kitchen has the basics of what you need. Towels, trash bags, paper towels provided. Outdoor seating and grills for each bungalow. Our family enjoyed the swings and hammock a lot.

Listen, this place was perfect for our family. It’s an old cabin-style place to stay that’s walking distance to the park, restaurant, and lake. No it’s not a boutique glamping spot that’s instagrm -worthy. Kara and Conner’s instructions were very clear and easy to follow. If you’re used to staying at people’s homes and not picking up after yourself then yeah, it’s a task. All they ask you to do is literally be courteous. The kids and I loved it! They have good WiFi and television. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable too! We will return!
