The pictures do not do this property justice. Beautiful house, property and furnishings. This is an ideal location for anyone who loves nature and wants to get away from it all. The house is huge, full kitchen plenty of amenities, numerous rooms, very comfortable and spotless. The cherry on top was the host! David is extremely gracious and very accommodating. We are looking forward to returning to enjoy this property more!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Suntower—it truly did not disappoint. From the peaceful surroundings to the breathtaking views, everything was just perfect. We enjoyed watching deer and bunnies wander by, and even had a friendly cat visit us on our last night. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. Our 6-year-old loved playing outside, and the home itself was spotless with very comfortable beds. Without a doubt, this was a 5-star stay for us. We’ll definitely be returning!

Diana's home was exactly as described and the hot tub was an added bonus! She was such a thoughtful host- leaving breakfast items, snacks and drinks for us and our wrestlers for the long weekend. There were plenty of household supplies, including extra blankets and pillows. She was very responsive as well, overall we had a wonderful stay at Diana's home!

We recently returned to the Mountain Top Estate for a mini-vacation. Only a few days, but thanks to our hosts, and the beautiful house and grounds it really seemed like a full-fledged vacation! Swimming in the gorgeous pool was a highlight as well as quiet evenings taking in the scenery, and enjoying the game room. Getting to see wildlife passing through was an extra bonus. :)  Highly recommend !

My family loved our stay at the church! Beautiful windows and very kid friendly. My 2.5 year old loved the toys and the big bath tub. The view from the stain glass windows towards the mountains was beautiful. Would stay here again! Thank you for having us.

We were in the area for a Search and Rescue K9 training and needed some place that would accept dogs. We found this listing and we knew this was the place for us. With 130 acres our pups were able to take some great walks and play together after a day of learning. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your family home. We stayed in Mt Carmel for a Jeep trip to the AOAA. Parking was available for our truck and trailer right in front of the unit. Very nicely updated and comfortable apartment. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and modern. Sofa and beds were very comfy. First door code didn’t work but host was very responsive to get us a new code quickly. Thank you for allowing our pups!

This cabin is a little piece of rest and relaxation. The area is gorgeous. Lakes, wildlife and hiking are all minutes away. The cabin is well maintained with everything you need. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy nature and the fun of camping with sleeping on the ground. Will 100% book here again. The communication was perfect. Proactively providing everything you need to know. Clear check out list. Just all around lovely experience.

Had a lovely stay at the Pump House. The accommodations were something out of a storybook. The cutest little place along the river. The beautiful intentionally designed space lets you know someone put a lot of thought into each item on the property. The artwork throughout the grounds was truly like being in a museum in a natural setting. I loved every moment and will surely return again!

What a wonderful home! When we pulled up I was so exited to see it was just as beautiful as the pictures. The drive in was also gorgeous. We felt so at home here and I was sad to leave. We traveled with older parents so everything was a little more challenging. This house was one of the only homes I could find with a 1st floor bedroom and bathroom plus a walk in shower. 2 of our family members couldn’t make it so we only used 2 of the bedrooms but there was plenty of room for several more guests. The grounds are beautiful and my kiddo enjoyed exploring by the creek & there is nearby hiking. We got delicious ice cream down the road but did not try any of the nearby restaurants. We used the kitchen a good amount and had no problems! Our trip was to visit family in Williamsport/college graduation… this was far enough away to feel like a vacation but close enough to easily drive into town. The hosts called to check in and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

This is a stunning location with a breathtaking view of the small mountains. The grounds are also walkable and home is a joy to visit. Plenty of room for our family of six.

The location was ideal, close to everything we needed to do but also peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The property was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need, everyone loved the snacks and all the information that Kathy provided. The place was fantastic and would highly recommend for anyone with plans in Happy Valley!

We chose Charming Creekside Cottage for its proximity to Camp Woodward. It proved to be a peaceful respite for our family. The creek is a welcoming focal point and lulled us to sleep at night. Breakfast items were generously provided. The home was well maintained and artfully decorated, with a great library selection. It had a warmth and energy, and our kids immediately felt at home. The Meandering Mallard was the only restaurant we visited nearby, and it exceeded expectations. Writing this from home, we already miss the creekside sound at night and will have to settle for a noisy air conditioner instead.

Thirteen of us stayed at Lake Akela Lodge for three nights and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The expansive grounds are well maintained, and the view is breathtaking. The interior layout is clever, with two bathrooms on each floor and at least one window in every single room in the home. It was easy to gather together for conversation, meals and games, but equally as simple to spread out when a little solitude was in order. We enjoyed the comfortable mattresses, nights around the fire pit, barbecuing, kayaking, the porch swing and rocking chairs, catch and release fishing, and the peace, beauty, and serenity. Host Jessica and Cohost Jason were always kind and very responsive. This is a special property - a hidden gem of sorts - and we would definitely love to return.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of rain washing dirt down the mountains, so the water had lots of silt in it even though the filter had been changed; however the host brought us bottled water to use until the house water cleared up. We'll very likely be back next year.
