We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. This quiet, charming neighborhood is a treasure. Lake Champlain , on the 14 mile bike path. Bikes available. microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker provided, Wifi, HD Smart TV, Netflix , Amazon Prime, DVD, Roku, HuluTV, CD player, screened in front porch. Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.

Full kitchen with under counter refrigerator. Close to vineyards and apple orchards. 3 night minimum stay. Bike ferry is us usually open from May to Oct. Check schedule for hours.
