Cape Woods Farm Yallingup

Located in the heartland of the South West's premier wine growing region and bounded by renowned wineries, tourist attractions and majestic countryside, the stresses of every day living are left at the top of the driveway. Set on a picturesque 22 acre property the large classic homestead has been delightfully renovated in keeping with that down south old world charm. The homestead rests amongst soft pasture and tall trees with a dam and creek-line nurturing native wildlife including kangaroos.

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The Cabin - House of Cards Winery

A Chalet on the property of House of Cards winery. The chalet boasts a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A spacious 2x2 chalet that can accommodate 2-6 people, utilising the pull out sofa bed in the living area. With air conditioning and fire place.The master bedroom offers a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a large freestanding bath with a nature view. The second bedroom offers a king bed (which can be split into two singles on request) and en suite bathroom. NO LEAVERS

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. You will be able to enjoy the incredible views from your studio even whilst in bed through the large glass doors and windows or whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the verandah. We are situated 10 minutes from Dunsborough town and 10 minutes from Yallingup and Smiths beach
