Tom’s place is perfect. It is safe, silent and the ideal location. Tom is the perfect host: instantly responsive, helpful and friendly. The unit is everything needed and has a lovely patio. All the needed items for a long or short stay! Parking is easy and the neighborhood is a dream.

This is the Best unit at The Signature. I have stayed in many and this is the Best! Top floor. Corner unit. Strip view. Clean. Great owner. Quiet. Balcony and window views are amazing! Be aware that the airport side of the signature is facing a party pool club and the bass from that pool Thurs-Sun penetrates every unit on that side of the building! Stay in a strip facing unit and there are none better than this one! Stay was amazing!

Fabulous apartment as per photographs and reviews. The actual room was allocated on arrival and we asked for an external room. Incredibly comfortable and spacious. Would definitely use again

Joe’s place was a perfect get away for a week with my husband. I loved the jacuzzi tub and the awesome shower in the master bath. In fact, this was one of my favorite bathrooms of any place that we have stayed. We walked to the Aria and other casinos easily and walked to the Arte museum. Having a full kitchen helped us have slow mornings because we had coffee and breakfast right at hand. I really liked staying off the strip, but close to the strip. Perfect. Thanks Joe! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great place, great location, amazing experience

Place was really cool, the free valet was a bonus and for some reason I like where the Trump tower is located on the end of the strip near the wind and encore. Beautiful view, the staff was great. I love the price, I would definitely go back again.

Location, location, location! This is an excellent condo in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. The unit is in good shape and accurately described. Check in at the front desk was easy: we were even able to get into the unit a little early, which made our day so much easier. The unit itself is very nice. There were no issues with the unit or any of the ammentities. If you are looking for pool time, Vdara has a very nice, if small pool. Not a great fit for kids, but perfect for adults. The pool is correctly sized for the hotel: there were always plenty of available chairs (and umbrellas). Make sure you stop at the market cafe in the lobby for some of the best carrot cake we have ever had! The best part of this property is the location though. You are connected to Cosmopolitan and Bellagio without having to walk outside. And only a 2 min walk from the Aria. All 3 have great restaurants. We particularily like the Patisserie at Aria, and the food hall at Cosmo.

Bill’s place is a great steal for a quick family getaway within the city limits of Las Vegas

It was a pleasant stay. I enjoyed working in the living room and looking at the view from the balcony. It was perfect for what I needed, and Mauricio was more than accommodating. I will be booking again. Thank you for everything. Kindly, Rick

Laci's place was close to the action but far enough away from the noise. She was responsive for any needs. An upgrade to the master bath would be nice. I'd recommend a stay here and would return.

The place is clean and nice., it’s close to the strip. The host is a sweet lady and communication is efficiency. Definitely will come back for next time visit Las Vegas!!!

Great location and we walked to Chinatown every day. I liked the big tv and especially the well stocked kitchen. Thank you! I will visit again.

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

Truly a beautiful and family friendly place to stay and has everything you need! I will definitely use Eddie’s place again the future when I come back to Vegas.

Sherman’s place was clean, cozy, and roomy for our group of 3 + 1 pet. Unit looked just like the pictures. Community was quiet, safe, and conveniently close to the strip. We appreciated the 24/7 security, abundant free parking, central AC, and grassy areas for dogs. Sherman was also kind, flexible, and responsive as a host!

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location and a really nice bed and shower. Alexis was very responsive and the air bnb has everything you need. Great find if you are looking to stay away from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend a restaurant nearby called “Beso”

The condo was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the equipped kitchen and the Keurig. Loved that Starbucks was right outside the lobby too. On the 22nd floor but elevators are fast! View was nice too. For visiting the strip, it's a little on the end of things, but once you figure out the layout, getting around gets easier. Communication with John was easy and clear.

I enjoyed staying there. It was a nice suite. I felt at home. Would’ve love to stay longer if it wasn’t booked. The bed was very comfortable. I liked going to the pool every day. Also nice having a washer & dryer in the unit. I would stay at her place again.

I 100% Recommend the location is perfect you can literally get to the strip in 2 minutes park at a casino and walk down Las Vegas blvd! We will definitely be going back!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was spotless, very modern, and super comfortable! The location was great and had a lot of restaurants close by. The bed was so comfy and it felt very safe going to sleep at night! The table fan in the bedroom was very nice to have as well. Communication with Jack was very easy, helpful, and he responded in a timely manner! Overall, an incredible place to stay and we will definitely be back!!!!

Everything was very clean and tidy. There was even febreze in toilet =) Parking and checking in anytime is perfect as we arrived at the place after midnight and everything worked well as described. Would definetely come again.

We had a great stay at the Apartment. We had some major problems with the Check-In at Palms, but nothing the host could Not handle. He helped us with every inconvenience and was a great host.

awesome stay, very clean and described exactly as mentioned on the info. Our stay was short but we loved everything about it. Parking was great and easy, room access was very easy and a short walk from the parking valet and pool area. Very quiet stay and not loud like other casino rooms. Will definitely recommend. The only thing I will say, at night, if you can catch an Uber or taxi to your next location on the strip, best to do so. If not, do expect to possibly park at the mgm side as the valet parking can get full over night and will have to park at the next casino making your walk a bit longer.
