House holiday rentals in Winchester

Overall, this home had just about everything it needed, (towels, plates, cups, water dispenser, shampoo, body wash (no conditioner), TV’s (best if you have your own streaming accounts), pool, laundry… not too far from stores, food, etc….great home to chill & relax with our family of 5. Kids had their own rooms which was a plus.

We were in town for a convention and to visit family and the location was conveniently located to both. Adelmo's home is beautiful and extremely spacious with so much more room that we expected. It's tastefully furnished, all while anticipating his guest's needs. All instructions were clearly detailed and the home fit our needs perfectly. The home has plenty of lighting, all appliances worked perfectly, even the jacuzzi and treadmill! The heated pool was amazing and the yard was massive! All of the rooms were generous in size with plenty of closets and dressers. The beds seemed like they might be a little firm but once we went to bed we all talked about how restful and comfortably we slept! The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to stores, restaurants and less than 10 min to the LV strip. We couldn't have asked for a more fantastic host and we look forward to our next visit to LV and will check the availability here before anywhere else! Thank you, Adelmo!

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Doug is the total package as a host; greets you like you are an old friend. The house is exactly like the pictures, very comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to prepare meals. The pool was amazing and cold which was a surprise considering it was 111 degrees. The location is near Freemont Street and the strip. One of best AIRBNB's in Vegas we have stayed in.

Great place to stay feels like home will rent out the place again

Incredible value for the money. About 20 minutes away from the strip, but that didn’t matter for my trip. It was quiet clean and matched the description exactly. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I would stay here again when I go to visit 12 min Drive from the strip . Very nice for the weekend. The Dog didn’t have any issues with us, he did bark but seems friendly .

It was absolutely wonderful! The place had a lovely scent, and the house temperature was perfect upon entry. The hospitality was amazing, with thoughtful touches like the water and snacks provided. We would definitely stay again.

Host was friendly and responsive. Check-in was simple and the instructions were spot on. the place itself was clean and cool - the colored lighting options under the bed the in the bathroom were fun (but you can also not use them if you prefer). pinball machine was also very cool! spacious backyard with fun lights at night. Very close to numerous restaurants, gas station, grocery, just about anything you need.

Private, comfortable and no issues.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

This place was excactly what i needed and wanted, not far from the strip or any other location around Vegas short 15min drives and a peaceful place to sleep and get away from all the lights. I will definitely be coming back whenever in Vegas, house was just as pictured a lot of space and clean.

This is an awesome place to stay off the strip in Vegas, but close enough to take in the amenities. Quiet room, clean, and well designed. Would stay here again!

Very clean space, nice kitchen and living area, great bedroom for 2 people and very nice big shower. Was great for an EDC weekend!

Sam responded in a reasonable amount of time when I had questions. Very friendly and polite. The house was clean, up to date, great decor, comfortable and the pool was amazing! We had a wonderful time!
