Great location next to everything you may need. Tin was very helpful and even brought over a flower basket to put on the front steps during our stay.

This was my second time at the Traveler’s Sanctuary, it is true to its name. It is so relaxing and peaceful here. I’m sensitive to fragrance & it was such a relief to be able to have bed and bath linens without fragrance. The bed is so comfortable- it’s a dream! I’m very grateful when I’m able to stay here while visiting family.

I’m Glad I found their house. It was well furnished, peaceful, and I love the glass walls. Perfect place for a family of 6.

We had a great stay! Denis was responsive and helpful with any questions I had beforehand. The location was perfect, and the space was clean, comfortable, and free of clutter. One small note: the only coffee option is a French press. This was mentioned in the listing, but we initially missed it. Not a big deal for us, as there are some great local coffee shops nearby — just something to keep in mind for future guests who prefer a different brew method. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location for this visit. We know this neighborhood and the house was beautiful and well maintained. Very comfortable. Really - just like home. It was a perfect fit.

Timothy's home was in an amazing location, close to the Ironman venue, like 2.6 miles, cleaniness was pristine, on point and had great AC and was spacious and very comfortable. I even was able to use the huge garage to park my car and the other guests cars that came out only for one night. I met Timothy as a volunteer for the ironman on the swim portion of my race, amazing. I had also dropped a Pandora charm down the drain and his plumber came out the day we checked out and my charm was retrieved. Timothy also let us check out by 11 instead of 10, to get all our stuff packed. I would recommend Timothys home to anyone who may be coming out for an event, or just to visit Rockford. I would definitely stay at Timothys home again if I visit again. The house was very well priced and very affordable. Everytime I would msg Tim, he responded immediately. My friends and I had a lovely time in Rockford at Timothy's home. Highly recommended.

This host is amazing, even though I’m not used to driving so far to Chicago. The property is very well-taken care of. However, I feel the housekeepers are slacking in reporting things. When I reported something was missing, the host was very quick to respond and make sure it was taken care of. I would definitely return if I ever needed to be in that area again!

I really enjoyed staying here was very comfortable and easy to access the host was super great no complaints and I will stay again and it’s definitely recommended if you like high ceilings and beautiful surroundings and also the shower was top tier wonderful it’s private nice space to get a peace of mind and for longer stays

I'm originally from Rockford and visit at least once per year. I am rarely inspired to leave reviews. Karolina's place was EXACTLY as pictured and described. This is a nice sized 2 br, 1 ba apartment in a 4-plex. You park directly in front of the unit, making it easy to bring in your suitcases. Karolina provides clear instructions on how to access the unit, which is bright, sunny, cheerful and SPOTLESS. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with everything you could need (except food, lol), all of higher quality. The bed linens, and the manner in which the beds were made, were impressive. Definitely giving 5-star hotel vibes. Overall, of all the AirBnbs I've stayed in, this was the most comfortable. By that, I don't mean the beds, etc. I mean emotionally & psychologically comfortable, which is probably more important than anything else. Karolina clearly understands the meaning of hospitality. It is evident a lot of thought and planning went into her Modern Haven.

I was pleased with my stay, especially for the price. Hosts were responsive. I wish the place had a fan or some form of individual temperature control. The stove in the kitchen also left a lot to be desired, but did it's job. Other than that, the bed was comfy, place was clean. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to others.

This location was quiet and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. It was clean, nicely decorated and easy to navigate. The host was very responsive and provided clear instruction.

The place was quiet, cozy and clean. The condo located behind Meijer so it's vey convenience to go and grab whatever we needed in less than 5 minutes. But you'll definitely need a car to get around. Only complaint was the mattress, super springy and bouncy but other than that we had a great time!

Dianna was so sweet and responsive. The Airbnb was clean and welcoming. It was the perfect location to be far enough out of the city to be quiet and private, but close enough for anything you want or need!
