Our cottage features a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed fiber Internet, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with large walk-in shower and washer and dryer. The backyard has a gazebo with sofa sectional and the front has a large deck with BBQ.

Beautifully decorated featuring knotty pine interior with vaulted ceilings, updated kitchen & granite counters. 4 season sunroom features spacious dining area for family dinners. Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. Close to the town of Winnipeg Beach with several restaurants and stores.

This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

We provide a FREE parking spot in the parkade (located right beside the building) which most hosts do not provide. This is a 4 storey parkade with security on site 24/7. Located in the heart of St.Boniface, this stand alone guesthouse has everything you need nearby, including St. Boniface Hospital. Old Town Barbershop, Bold Hair Salon, bowling alley, gym and parks are all just minutes away as well. If you prefer to cook, we have grocery stores in the area.
