I love this listing—it’s exactly as shown in the photos and described in the details. The location is superb—just 30 minutes from the airport and right above Pakuwon Mall, so everything is within a 5-minute walk: cinema, food court, shops, you name it. I also appreciate the practical interior and well-chosen furniture. The unit comes with basic utensils and simple cooking facilities, which made the stay even more convenient. Plus, Aris was a great host—very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Very responsive host! Overall stay was amazing as it was on top of Pakuwon Mall ( literally the lobby is inside pakuwon mall). Very easy check in The only thing to note is that the wifi is a bit slow so we cant stream netflix or watch youtube on laptops. We had to use our own handphone..but there are many things to do as we are on top of a mall.

the place is very easy to access, it is also directly connected to the mall which makes it easy to find food / meetings / me time. drinking water, towels, soap and shampoo are available. overall very satisfying

the apartment was very clean and well equipped.. nice internet and a washing machine! however it was too small for two of us. Gary was very helpful and understanding when we told him we needed to move so no complaints at all.

the apartment is located right above a big mall. so it is very easy to find whatever it is that I need from food to clothing, etc. the host is very helpful to make the check in easy. Thank you!

Firstly, it was affordable, for a room that could easily fit 2 people. Secondly, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, overall was pretty clean and homey. Lastly, great location with easy access to Pakuwon Mall, which has boasts a wide variety and selection of food, clothings etc. As a bonus, host was very responsive, made things clear and easy to understand, check in and check out process is also very simple and fast. Overall would definitely recommend giving it a try, its not a high end accomodation but its definitely worth its price.

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

the best choice to stay if you are visiting Surabaya. the location is just right in the city, easy to reach and find if you're using vehicle. and walkable to see around. i definitely will stay at this place on my next trip!

Very spacious apartment with 2 rooms, access to the apartment is quite private with an interesting view from the 25th floor, easy to find but need extra time to walk to the mall because you have to make a little detour to get there

Responsive host, nice place and feels like home. Have connecting floor to the mall so it’s easy to shop and home everytime i need. Looking forward to come back next time.

great place to stay..

Great place for stay with family and friends, integrated with Tunjungan Plaza, the biggest mall in Surabaya. Lot of parking and easy to find. Highly recommended for those need a great place for healing and holiday. Very spacious and beautiful interior as shown on the pictures!

The place itself is quite affordable for 7 people. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay there again whenever we're visiting Surabaya.
