Die Alleinlage, die Ruhe sowie die wunderschöne Aussicht direkt vom Balkon zeichnen das Resort aus. Das Almhaus liegt abseits von Tourismusgebieten, ganz alleine auf einem herrlichen Sonnenplateau und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren. Es ist besonders bei Naturliebhabern beliebt. Man findet in der Umgebung eine menge Freizeitangebote und die schönsten Kärtner Seen.

About the clouds

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. Viele sportliche Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Joggen, Rad fahren, Spazieren, Schwammerl suchen usw. sind direkt vor Ort in einer intakten Natur möglich. Unser Apartment liegt direkt neben der Schipiste und kann problemlos mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Von der Terrasse hat man den besten Blick auf das Lavantal und den Geierkogel. Erholung und Natur pur! Lage: Die Piste ist ca. 80 Meter von der Ferienwohnung entfernt und kann bei genügend Schnee mit den Skiern befahren werden. Lovingly designed old building apartment near the lake

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.
