Renovated original beach house on quiet cul de sac adjoining natural bush. Wake up to the sound of surf and ocean views. Walk to idyllic beach, 200m via road or shorter on bush track. Indoor/outdoor living - large balcony - air-con/heating - 3 bedrooms + 2 new bathrooms - kitchen/dining/lounge and separate TV lounge. The owners use the rear granny flat on occasions, but the 2 houses are very separate. A wonderful escape, 75 minutes from Sydney CBD. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Ocean views, native birds and trees

Described as a 'tree house' the apartment is light, airy and spacious (snug in winter) with ocean and bush views, located 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a separate entrance and a large sunny deck overlooking lush native bush to the ocean below. There is no kitchen but there is a sink under cover on the deck & we provide a BBQ, microwave, bar fridge, kettle and toaster with essential crockery and cutlery. We provide guests with fresh coffee, tea, milk and home made muesli upon arrival.
