Phillip and Jennifer were extremely kind and gracious hosts. The setting is beautiful, with easy walks to the shoreline, shops, restaurants, etc. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, and perfect for an individual with work responsibilities who also wants a beautiful, peaceful location. I plan to be back!

We had a wonderfully stay! Brian has thought of just about everything to make guests feel welcome. The home was very clean and the view was amazing!

We had a great stay at Joshua’s place during our visit. The place was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with amenities. Joshua was very communicative and provided clear instructions for accessing the space. This is described in the listing, but worth noting for those with accessibility concerns, the unit is on the third floor and must be accessed via two sets of stairs.

Rachael kept a really nice place, and she was accommodating and friendly! There is a grocery store within walking distance, and Yale’s campus is a short drive or walk. I felt at home and safe during my stay.

I throughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable. It provided the perfect getaway, and the location is within a short walking distance of downtown. I can’t wait to stay there again!

The place was super clean and well stocked with spices and kitchen supplies . The location was great.Many restaurants and shops were within walking distance. The only downside was that the location is right by a train track which can be a disturbance for light sleepers. But to be fair most of the town consists of train tracks. Karl also provided earplugs too just in case. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would be lucky to go back.

Pamela’s home felt like home away from home. This place has all you would need for your restful stay with lots to of close things to do and great places to eat. We loved her home for all the privacy, comfort and quite neighborhood it’s always nice. We woke up ro birds chirping every morning. Private parking was a must for my family and her place provided it. We will calm her home our CT home when we need to go back and visit. Thank you for all your hospitality. Until next time.

Great location. Very walkable two restaurants. Having parking is a definite plus as there is not that much street parking in the area. Very close to yale university for visiting

We had a wonders stay, and could have moved it. Sue was very responsive to our questions. A very nice place to stay private and quiet.

Such a cute little studio walking distance from lots of restaurants and a comedy club! The giant window is what drew me to this listing and it was even more gorgeous in person! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and clean. Really loved the tall ceilings as well. The gifted cookies upon arrival were such a sweet touch that I really enjoyed. The noise level was of no concern to me but they do provide earplugs for those that may be sensitive sleepers. Overall, cute and comfy place to stay. Definitely can recommend this listing!!

I've stayed in several places but Kg's stands out as the best place. In general the place is comfortable,peaceful and private, Appliances are new and house is sparkling clean with simple functional layout plan. Parking is private (not in the street). Each room has modern functional AC with remote control for heating/cooling. Kitchen has latest LG cooker- highly efficient. washer and a fast drier was great. The 2 bedrooms are separated but not too far from each other with a lot of storage available. I really loved the cleanliness and effort made by KG to make the place comfortable for a family trip. I Will definitely stay here again.

The place was immaculate and Shawn is an amazing host. He responds quickly and ensures his guests are consistently good to go. Nice location, convenient to lots of things in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

My family enjoyed their short stay at Camilla’s apartment. The apartment was a beautiful place.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Very quaint little spot! Located in a very quiet, serene area. We absolutely loved the yard and the trails behind the house, my dog felt right at home! Renee was very responsive when needed but otherwise felt we had plenty of privacy despite being on the same property. Space was clean and charming and everything we needed for a quick wedding weekend! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet weekend!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was amazing and spacious for five adults. Our experience with Jose’s listing was outstanding, from the cozy bed to the stunning views every morning and the timely response from Jose. It made the family trip a memorable one!

We had a great week staying at cove park apartment. Damien was a great host, the house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. We loved being able to walk to Cove Island Park with the kids. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Gabe was a very welcoming host and shared some great local restaurant recommendations—highly recommend checking out Casa Nova on River Road. His two dogs, Molly and Nate, were also incredibly friendly and added a warm, homey touch to the experience. The apartment was spotless and filled with thoughtful notes that made everything easy. A special surprise was the bag of everything needed to make s’mores left for us—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The pool area offered stunning views, and the hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing. There’s even a hiking trail accessible right from the property, which we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to explore—but it’s a great bonus for future visits. This place truly felt like a little piece of heaven. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Tammy helped me and my boyfriend out when we were in such a pinch. due to our apartment not being ready in time she was ready on short notice and such an amazing host and was so wonderfully kind. I had such an amazing stay and would come back again. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime so close to the beach and amazing restaurants nearby Tammy‘s place is a 10 out of 10 and felt just like home. 🤍
