Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Woodbrook

From the moment we entered the house we felt safe and at home. The place was clean and comfortable. The welcome drinks was much appreciated. Didn't have to communicate much with the host as her initial instructions were very clear. I would recommend this place 100%. Blessings!

Very nice place and very secure. Instructions were clear to enter and the hosts were responsive to our questions when we had them. Walkable to the Arima market about 20 a minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying here was honestly such a great experience. The house felt like a little home away from home. It was super clean cozy and had everything I needed. Close enough to everything I wanted to see but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. The host was really responsive and helpful to us. They put a lot of thought in our stay!

This was our second stay, in a different but similarly equipped apartment. As before the apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained with good quality amenities all in working order and had everything you needed to comfortably settle in, a real plus after a long journey. Hosts are always responsive and friendly and run their apartments very professionally, with the safety and comfort of guests clearly a priority. Feels like a home from home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Enjoyed our stay, lots to do at the house. Looking forward for our next trip.

Check in was great. Damien was at the location upon arrival. He gave clear instructions about the house. There was no need to contact him during the stay. The house looks exactly like the photos. The house and its amenities is definitely worth the price. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Extraordinary still does not describe this place ... This is the nearest thing to perfection in life period you will experience ... the staff was tremendous , proactive in communications, friendly, informative ... The photos of the place does not do this justice ... it's like walking into a timeless museum of architectural excellence ... the rooms are incredible big ... all have their own bathrooms .. the master suite is like its own apartment and the main shower is to die for... Take your family here ...When I tell you this is worth the money, it's well worth the money... This is my go spot for a family getaway ... 20 stars out of 5 ... Thank you again Phil and Patricia ... Ramona and Pradesh are great hosts! This is my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back. Pradesh met me at check-in. He showed me some update to the entertainment center, he also shared the local events calendar, and there is an outside shower for j’ouvert and beach days. There is also a great little grocery store across the street and a little breakfast & lunch restaurant right next door to that. This place is private and mostly quiet. So, it is the perfect place to relax after carnival events or partying on the avenue.

Hosts were beyond helpful and accommodating! I ran into an unexpected situation with my original lodging in St. Anne’s and needed a place to land. I booked later in the evening and because of the responsive and flexibility, I was able to check in just a couple hours. The room and bathroom were lovely, clean and just what I needed! Kitchen and laundry was also such a helpful amenity throughout my stay! Will be coming back for sure!

The apartment was very nice and homey, we felt at home. The gated community is very clean and quiet. The onsite minimart was super handy and had all the day to day products we needed. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying there in the near future and will definitely recommend the apartment to my friends and family.

Everything was wonderful. The place is good for a couples or single. It was around the corner from Family💚 the views were amazing and her dog was so friendly. The area was very safe. Her son was very helpful as well. He help us with our car and he recommended a place that did an amazing job. Ms. Voy I hope to see you again thank you

Angelique's place was perfect! My colleagues and I were comfortable and well catered to throughout our stay. She was an amazing hostess and responded to all my questions and queries immediately. She also made herself available to greet us in person when we checked and gave us clear instructions on everything we needed to know (she even gave us a tour and snacks haha). The apartment is also very close by to a Massy supermarket so it was very convenient for us. Angelique is as pleasant and as wonderful as the accommodations she provides. I would recommend her place to anyone who is thinking about visiting Trinidad with friends and/or family. You will not regret it.

This property exceeded my expectations. From the calm atmosphere of the neighbourhood to the amenities offered in the home, everything was wonderful. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Clytus and his wife made us feel so comfortable, Home was beautiful and located in a lovely area! His wife Simmi was amazing, even went out her way to prepare me a birthday breakfast. Simmi was always available and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Perfect for adults and children. Great outside area safe for the children. Would definitely stay again! This Airbnb was absolutely amazing—spotless, modern, and truly felt like home. The kitchen was fantastic; I was able to cook as if I were in a five-star restaurant. After dinner, I even enjoyed a game of chess, which was a nice touch. Nekesha’s hospitality went above and beyond. Her communication and understanding were exceptional—truly unmatched. She had clear house rules, and as long as you follow them and stay communicative, you’ll have a great experience. Even the neighbors were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was definitely a 20/10 stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great staying with Desiree, loved the apartment it had everything we needed. Hosts were very friendly and made everything feel like home. The view was absolutely amazing and stunning. The location is safe and everything you ever need is close by. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a group at Alistair's - a couple and pair of friends for a wedding in Port of Spain. The flat was spotless and modern. The rooms were airy and bright, rooms were private from each other and ac worked very well (be mindful there are no curtains in living room with view from street though). The host, Gillian, is an absolute star - incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. She made our stay as comfortable as it could be. Would absolutely come back to stay at Alistair's place.

This is my go to place & Allana is awesome. I encountered a problem which was out of any Hosts hands and and she swiftly swooped in to alleviate things. I appreciate good people and good hosts and she is that indeed, and her place is as comfortable as my last time here I feel homely when I am inside. Thank You Allana.
