Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high. She is perfectly formed and has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Hop on the train to visit Brighton, Chichester, Arundel and many more beautiful Sussex hot spots. I am dog friendly and would consider requests of a furry friend coming to stay. The studio is private and up one flight of stairs.
