With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

This is a family home with breathtaking panoramic waterfront views, with access to a private jetty--BYO own boat for the perfect waterside getaway. The central location is unbeatable—a 1 min walk from the train station and an Aldi supermarket, a 7 min drive from Gosford city centre with wonderful entertainment facilities and restaurants. 1.5 hours from Sydney by direct train from Central station to Point Clare!
