Each room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Modern bathroom has a shower over a full size bath. Gas central heating throughout. Bedding/towels included.

Two bedroom property with a large gated driveway for secure parking and outdoor seating area. The property is located on the main bus route between Newcastle (3 miles) and Durham (12 miles) with buses running every 20 minutes and once an hour after midnight. We are located 15 minutes walk from the Angel of the North and next door to a pub which is open for food daily. The local high street is a 15 minute walk with a huge selection of pubs, bars and restaurants.

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
