House holiday rentals in Wyangala

We stayed at Tremearne Homestead for a long weekend in June. We truly enjoyed this beautiful house and gardens. The house had everything you could need for large groups. Fully equipped kitchen, large wood fire, air-con throughout and large windows with spectacular views out to the snow falling over the garden and ponds . The bedrooms are enormous, and beds were super comfortable. Clean and well maintained throughout. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable winter break away.

The place itself is amazing with all the sceneries, room and beds were organised as we wanted, feeding the farm animals was an amazing experience as well, the best thing about the stay was the host, she guided us as a-lot with all of the stuff around, suggested us nearby places to visit and she made sure everything was perfect for us during the stay. we will definitely go there again for sure.

This is the second time I’ve stayed there. Lovely place with a beautiful westerly sunset view over the mountains and fields. The fridge is stocked with all sorts of goodies including delicious chocolate brownies (thanks Maria). No neighbours, nice and quiet and a perfect place to get away from the town and city to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I have stayed in a couple of places in Cowra, this is by far the best Cowra has to offer…

What a fantastic house for a long weekend in Orange. The house easily accommodated 4 families with plenty of room for all of us. Whilst it is an easy walk into town, the house felt extremely private and was a great place to sit indoors on cold, snowy nights by the fire with a glass of red.

We had a wonderful stay at Lexden in Bathurst. The property was absolutely beautiful—immaculately presented, spacious, and full of character. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The attention to detail in every room made for a very comfortable and luxurious experience. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were cosy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the garden was a peaceful spot to unwind. The location was also ideal—close to the centre of town but tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and privacy. We highly recommend Lexden to anyone visiting Bathurst and would love to return on our next trip. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Carlos is great host and easy to reach for assistance. The place was neat and tidy and filled with amenities anyone may need. We loved our short stay at Carlos's place. Would definitley come back.

We had an amazing stay at Sue and Adam’s place. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout our visit, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The views were absolutely spectacular—probably the best we’ve ever seen. It was so peaceful and private, and we were even lucky enough to witness a light snowfall, which made the experience even more magical. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was smooth and convenient, even late at night. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I really hope to return someday.

A beautiful retreat for a family catch up! Lots of room and plenty of spots to enjoy the moment! Plenty of things to see and do nearby. Would highly recommend!

our second stay at Cath's place. perfect for a family get together. space for everyone, with multiple living areas and bedrooms. gorgeous gardens for the kids, they loved playing hide and seek. useful amenities for little ones too. well equipped kitchen. we'll be back next year!

What a wonderful property and equally wonderful host. Sybilla's cottage is just perfect. Even though the house is cute as can be, Sybilla's attention to detail takes it to the next level. From the styling, to the abundance of firewood, coffee, linen - it's all top notch. And our dog had the best time exploring the enclosed garden! We are already looking forward to the next stay. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at, we had a lovely time! The place looks much more nicer in real life with beautiful bedrooms, kitchen and courtyard area.

What a spectacular find! We travelled as 4 adults and the 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom space was absolutely perfect for our stay. Both living areas were comfortable, the evening with the tv and the morning with the fireplace and a coffee :). The full kitchen had everything we needed for a night in, and the firepit in the backyard was a special treat. Kurt was so generous allowing us to check in early, which meant we were able to enjoy a relaxed lunch before heading back for the night. There were local recommendations in a detailed folder, and Kurt was on hand to respond to my every enquiry (including a quick return visit to pick up a forgotten item). This place was perfect for a night in with family on a short roadtrip. We really appreciated the hospitality and would love to return one day!

Absolutely in love with this house, if you are visiting Bathurst for a few days or more this is the place to stay, easy walking distance to everything you need but also quiet and peaceful. The house is warm and cosy and perfect on those cold winter days and nights, the kitchen has everything you could want and sufficient glasses ( how many properties sleep 6 but have 4 wine glasses?)for all your guests! We think the house must be relatively new as it is so good!

A perfect destination. Beautiful natural surroundings. The place was clean and beautifully presented. The host was very helpful and was able to preempt all our needs. Words cannot describe the view you have all to yourself. From sunset to sunrise its nature at it’s best.

Sarah was an incredible host - so easy to communicate with and nothing was ever hassle. A really beautiful property that’s perfect for families - kids had the best time checking in on and feeding the animals, playing soccer with Ace and hanging out with their beautiful border collie. Such a shame we didn’t book more time to really relax and saviour the experience.

Group of 8 mid-40s girlfriends had a lovely stay in the old Convent. Everyone had a beautiful comfortable room of their own, and a kitchen/dining/living room that felt like home to catch up in. Homely touches such as a great coffee machine, condiments, loads of glassware and serving bowls, all make it practical and welcoming. Cold dreary weather meant we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors much, but we rugged up and walked to the historic sites nearby and the local pub. We hope to return to the Convent (and Thorpie!) one day soon!

Lovely place to stay for a weekend with friends. Easy check in process and they accommodated an earlier time for us to get into the property as with not much notice, which we appreciated. We did have to reset the modem a couple of times as the internet kept cutting out, but overall a nice stay 😊
