Comfy studio penthouse on a panoramic harbour

My place is a studio penthouse on top of a harbor few meters away from the beach, restaurants, parks for nice walk in nature, good transportation, coffee shops and close to other famous entities like Cafe Del mar .Famous beaches are very close . Great for sunset hrs. You`ll love my place mostly because of the large corner terrace which is overlooking a fishing harbor to enjoy some Maltese culture and panoramic views. My place is good for young couples, solo adventures and business travelers.

And as a huge plus, there is a balcony overlooking the bay. The apartment was built by continental standards, it is soundproof and thermally insulated, so it keeps warm in winter.

Property consists of a combined kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, nicely set up shower room, front balcony offering wonderful sea views all year round and a back balcony with a laundry area. Property is located roughly thirty seconds from the sea side, 30 seconds! :) :) Bugibba square is only five minutes walk and popular Cafe Del Mar is roughly fifteen minutes walk away.

Absolutely fantastic stay! These apartments are incredibly stylish and brand new — everything feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the essentials were provided for a relaxing stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a few leftover food items from previous guests, which came in very handy after a late-night arrival. I’m absolutely thrilled I chose to stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a cozy and elegant place to stay.

Great place to stay for a family, it's cheaper than in the south and there's everything within a 45-minute drive. Mellieha Bay, 5min drive, is a real sandy beach, not common on the island. Simone and Andrea are very responsive when needed. I would this property.

I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The space is modern, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable. It was spotless upon arrival and stayed easy to maintain thanks to the thoughtful layout and quality amenities. Everything I needed was provided, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens, and the design details made it feel like a home away from home. The location was quiet yet convenient, and communication with the Shaun and Leanne was smooth and responsive throughout my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays!
