This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Thank you! I look forward to my return to Puerto Rico and to this Airbnb! Buen Dia!

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

We had the best time staying at Good Vibes! Rey was super helpful and kind when we went to the wrong location. Our flight got delayed so we didn’t get into PR till 11pm and we were lost and he came and picked us up. He also gave us great recommendations for food! The place is a great distance from the beach and all the restaurants but at the same time tucked away where it is peaceful and quiet at night. Would in a heartbeat come back to stay at Good Vibes again!

This is a beautiful and safe place to stay. The place was a great size for our family of 5. The back patio is amazing. It is a short walk to Playa Azul beach which offered some fun waves, a 2 minute drive to Luquillo Beach that has everything you would want, a short 15 minute drive to Seven Seas beach, and about 20 minutes to El Yunque national forest. Around a 45 minute drive to Old San Juan. Downtown Luquillo is charming, offering many fun restaurants right on the water and a fun plaza where we caught some local live music. This place is a wonderful location offering easy access to the city and easy access to great beaches and the rainforest. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

We LOVED staying at Maria's Airbnb! The location was awesome, just a couple minutes walk to the beach and walkable to the downtown Square where there were lots of cool restaurants and bars, etc... An outstanding home away from home. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need in a perfect location. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

Three of us visited from Texas. We wanted something away from San Juan and closer to our family in Guayama. Be aware if you are not used to driving in PR, this place may not be for you. You must drive over windy roads in the mountains. As far as the condo, my only complaint is having to wait on the gentlemen at the gate to be present to open it. Thankfully, it only happened once, and just for a few minutes. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place and location if you like peace and quiet. It is located high on a hill so the view is impressive. We took advantage of the elevation to walk up and down the hills. The beach is not suitable for swimming as it is very rough water but the nature reserve is a nice place to walk. The condo does have a great pool. The nearby restaurants are great. The grocery store, Mi Gente, is close by if you are note wanting to eat out every day. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. I would highly recommend. It is a perfect place to relax.

Amy was an amazing host! She was very responsive when we had questions, and checked in to make sure all was smooth checking in. She had great local food recommendations and activities to do even on a rainy day! Her place was clean, and even more beautiful than described. We hope to stay again soon and we will absolutely book again with Amy. She made our much needed vacation paradise. My husband and I absolutely recommend!!

This place was everything and more! It had everything you needed and was so clean. Fabiola was extremely helpful to make the check in and out process and easy as possible. She also gave us various local recommendations, which was so helpful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This space is one of a kind, especially in such a stunning part of the island. Everything was extremely clean and organized, check in was easy at the gate, and the roof top patio quickly became home. We are already planning our next stay. We ran into one small issue which was not the hosts fault but they were very quick to get us information and communicate. 100% will stay here again!

My stay at this Airbnb was a solid 10/10. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. The check in process was smooth with no issues. The apartment was super clean comfortable and very well styled. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to chef it up. The living room was cozy with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the weather. The bedroom was favorite by far the bed literally felt like you were sleeping on a cloud I need the name of the mattress topper it’s a must have. The bathroom was super clean great pressure with hot and cold water and came with many extra toiletries that one might forget when traveling. The location was great just a block away from the beach many local restaurants a food mart cvs even a Burger King lol. The building was very quiet safe and secure with security on the premises. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for a great experience.

A very good place to spend a weekend with your partner.

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!

AMAZING place, beautiful beach! Super clean house, loved having a washer and dryer! Amenities were great! Would definitely stay again!

I don't use the term "breathtaking" as a rule, but I literally gasped when I saw (and heard) the pounding surf at the edge of the property. The view of the coastline, including the lighthouse, was glorious. The house was everything you could ask for and more, including a well-furnished kitchen. The only glitch was that the Google map pin didn't work, and we drove right by the house. But we texted the caretaker who responded immediately and drove to meet us and led us right to the spot. She could NOT have been more helpful, gracious, and accommodating. We walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner and made friends with the local cats, dogs, and chickens. We had a memorable 2 nights. Wish it could have more.

I loved this location! It was on the water and the sound of the waves on the rocks below was like magic. If you need a place to get away and relax this is it. There is a mini mart upstairs too with available conveniences. All of the attendants at the mini mart are also very friendly and helpful . The outdoor restaurant was also great, we got food there and togo and both times spectacular. Bartenders friendly and attentive, food very tasty. Location exactly as described, perfect for myself and my husband. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Jose and Omayra’s Airbnb in Punta Santiago. The space is a private sublet apartment located at the rear of their main home, and it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after hot days of exploring. Jose and Omayra were warm and welcoming hosts who took the time to clearly explain the house rules and how everything worked, which made settling in easy. They also provided a helpful guidebook full of local tourist attractions and were full of great recommendations for things to see and do. The property features several shared spaces like a cozy front patio and a charming coffee bar—perfect for relaxing in the morning. The location is peaceful and set in the countryside, yet conveniently located near several key attractions like El Yunque National Forest, El Río Hippie, and the Humacao Nature Reserve. There’s also a beautiful, quiet beach nearby that’s perfect for relaxing, as well as

Second visit to this incredible property and, again, perfect in every way. Safe, secluded neighborhood on an absolutely beautiful beach. The front porch is the highlight - sunrise over the ocean, shady and cool breezes in the afternoon. The house is immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. It's also so well supplied that it feels like our own home - little things like extra trash bags, paper towels, spices, first aid kit make traveling effortless. I can only hope that future guests will treat this family vacation home with love and respect so we can continue to visit.

Appreciate owners communication, great place to stay

We had a wonderful time here and the house is very comfortable with thoughtful amenities. The privacy and beach access was wonderful. Leiza was extremely quick to communicate and everything was ready to go for us. For us the location was perfect because we drove in all directions across Puerto Rico, but you are over an hour (sometimes 90 minutes) from all the activities in Fajardo and San Juan (just for anyone looking to drive up there a lot). We loved looking for shells every day on the beach in front of the house, but there are sea urchins in the water (found that out the hard way) so we did not go in the ocean much. Loved the beach access and view and we could sit out there all day. It was great having a private pool for the kids and the parents could still see the beach. Would love to return here again! The view itself is worth everything!! Such a beautiful place. Walked down to Playa Mario to catch the sunrise 🌅 10/10, Juan & Liza were always on top of everything, super friendly and responsive. Would stay again!
