The host who knows everything about Hagi is help you explore a city . Hagi has a rich history and beautiful nature. I got evaluation from the guest who could come already. My wish is that guest like Hagi and want to become a repeater. I have a car parking space so convinient for car user. Guest coming by train or bus who like to pick up at Higashihagi station, Please let me know by message in advance. Air conditioners are installed tatami room and private room on south.
“I stayed in a 8-tatami room on the second floor of this house for two nights. There were no other guests staying at the same time as per a Hiroaki-san decision. So I also had a private toilet. The house is very conveniently located for exploring Hagi by foot or by using a commuter shuttle. Sakura is already blossoming by Tokoji temple. The choice of pottery is amazing both aesthetics, quality and price-wise. Hagi is a little gem comparing to better known cradles of Japanese history. I would have loved to stay longer and will definitely come back when I get time to walk Hagi-okan. PS Don't miss a sweet coffee shop next door for a home cooked breakfast and chatting with a well seasoned travelling couple who run the place. Arigatou godzimashita!”

“Ken & Saki are amazing hosts that went above and beyond my expectations for what a host would normally do. The region of Yamaguchi is beautiful and whatever you are up for, they have no shortage of amazing suggestions to occupy your time. There home is such an amazing glimpse into an older Japanese home that I’m sure few travelers could say they have ever stepped foot it. Cozy, relaxing, and hospitable. Just what I needed. They had a warm bath ready to utilize if I so pleased and it was quite the experience each time. An amazing time will undoubtedly find its way to you if you choose to stay here.”
We are in the beautiful hot spring (Yuno Onsen) village of Yamaguchi, Japan. 5min from local train station (Heta), 20min from Shinkansen station (Tokuyama) by car, and a bus stop across the street. Free arrival pick up, parking and breakfast included. Hiroshima and Fukuoka are 30min away by Shinkansen. Hiking, walking, bathing, bicycling... explore Japan's old countryside. English & Spanish speaking Japanese native host will give you any information you need about Japan and the area.
“From the start, the stay was first class. Hideyo picked me up from the train station and took me to her house, which is a beautiful modern building with Japanese influences. The bed and pillows were among the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on and coupled with the rural location made for a great night’s sleep. There was air-conditioning/heating as well as a private bathroom/shower/bath for my use. In the morning Hideyo made breakfast and helped me plan my itinerary whilst we continued our chat from the previous day. She is a wonderful person who went above and beyond what you would expect from a host and is fluent in English and Spanish! I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed to stay with her and if you do, make sure to visit the nearby Yunoonsen town (5 mins walk).”
