Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Yarköy

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Cağ for his interest and relevance. The location of the house is in a central and decent site. The needs were thought out one by one, there was nothing missing, there was nothing extra. I can't help but mention that the house is clean and tidy. If we happen to be in the area again, we would love to stay here again.

A family vacation with a fully equipped apartment. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities can be reached either on foot or by car in a short time. You can lie in the complex at different pools. There are also 2 restaurants within walking distance that we can only recommend. Pebble beach is also very quickly within walking distance. A large roof terrace with a grill invites you to linger in the evening hours.

We stayed in Ivan's apartment for 1 month, the site was very nice, the gym, sauna, pool and basketball courts were always available for use and very clean. The views of the house are great, I usually take my coffee in the morning and enjoy it on the balcony or around the house and sunbathe. The neighbors, and most importantly, Alexander was very kind and helpful, and we contacted him about many things and he helped me, and I'm grateful for these. We found the house very peaceful, it inspired us to be there, especially those who came for vacation, you can definitely choose this apartment, there is a great beach within 5 minutes walking distance to the sea, the only problem for us was that Tatlısu was far from the center, it was difficult to get out of the site without a car, but it was still not a problem for us because we wanted to relax and have a good time and the apartment welcomed it, so we decided to extend our stay, thank you 🎉🥳 Ivan and Alexander very much, everything is great 🩷🙏🏻

Apartment rather clean, functional and good location! Our original place wasn't ready when we arrived, but Eva and Jerry were very responsive and offered us a similar place in the residence. Beautiful sea view, pool and common area (billiards, ping pong table, some fitness machines). Lidl store 5 minutes away by car, pleasant walks and beaches very close. 15 minutes by car from Ayia Napa, 5 minutes from Cap Greco. We came out of season so a lot of restaurants and shops were closed, but I think the neighborhood needs to be more lively in high season!

Stayed just one night to attend a triathlon the next day ! It was perfect, clean, close, within walking distance, had everything I needed, will definitely stay again. Linzi was the perfect host

A nice play to stay on your holiday, with all you need nearbt

Firstly, the friendliness of everybody we met in Cyprus was noticeable. Everyone went above and beyond and as a tourist abroad you really felt appreciated and that they wanted to share their beautiful country with you. The apartment complex has multiple buildings and we felt safe and comfortable all the time we were there. 3 pools to choose from and all nice and no running for sunbeds! Water was quite cold in April for our children but they were old enough to lay in the sun or play cards etc. Hot summer weather the water would be a relief no doubt. A short walk to pubs and restaurants and the food is at times incredible. Fresh and full of flavour. Great coffee shop close by when you need that extra kick too. You can get a bus (102) a short walk away that will take you through Penera and on to Protaras which has loads of choice of bars and restaurants and is livelier in the evenings, really cheap on the OSEA bus too. Bolt taxi service also runs locally from the app too.

It was a very nice accommodation, with a great value for the money :)

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation. The house was clean, well maintained and equipped with basic items we needed. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay for both vacation and daily life. We recommend it with peace of mind. Great communication and great place to stay

The house was as it appeared in the photos. It was clean, tidy, and everything that might be needed was thought of. You will feel like at home. Its location within the site is very good. You can get out of the house and reach the pool in a few steps. We can say that it has the best location to stay in İskele. The market, bakery, sea, amusement park, many restaurants and the pier are within walking distance. We were very pleased with the host's attention and everything in general. This house will be our first choice for all our holidays in İskele 😊

I really loved staying at this Airbnb, it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, and even when I decided to give it a clean mid-stay, everything I needed was right there. The location is super convenient, especially for a non-local like me, close to shops and easy to get around. The hosts were absolutely great: very responsive, friendly, and informative. There are a one things worth mentioning. The apartment is on a main road, so you do get some traffic noise only when the doors are open. However, the noise did not bother me and I slept with the door in my room open most nights and the views were amazing. The apartment and area was and felt super safe. Extra points for having a Firestick, which was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend booking this apartment or others in the hosts inventory.

I really liked the wooden floors which are rare in Cyprus for some reason. There's an alphamega conveniently close but it's a bit to walk to the sea. Overall a great place.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

The site where the house is located is a quiet, peaceful and clean site. There is no parking problem. We rented a car. Thanks to Ms. Demet's directions in the right place and time before entering the house, we easily reached the house, we entered and settled in easily as if it was our own house. We easily reached the beach from the house. The location of the house is close to the market and the bazaar. There is an incredible peace at home, everything is clean and in place. There was everything we needed. It was great to wake up in the morning with a view of the mountains and the pool. When I come to Cyprus, I will stay at Mrs. Demet's house again. She is a friendly, helpful and doing her best host. We were very happy that she was always ready to help when we needed it. We are pleased to know her, thank you for everything.

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

We have been to Cyprus/Larnaca for the 5th time and the Cypriot standard is usually just a bit more rustic than we are used to from Austria. But the apartment was tip top. There were 5 of us. We all had comfortable and clean beds, a large terrace with seating and also the apartment's furnishings with cupboards, kitchen, washing machine were great. The location is great, about 1 minute from Lazarus Church and about 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely come back. 👍💪🏽☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Stian’s villa! The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool—it’s beautifully maintained and surrounded by peaceful nature, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun in privacy. The location felt very safe and quiet, yet it was still close enough to explore the nearby area easily. The villa had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Stian was a great host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and respectful, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We’d absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay, and we’re already hoping to come back in the future!

Our host was a really great person. It was a great convenience for my family that he personally met us at the airport. It was very valuable for us to receive such support, especially when traveling with our small child. When we arrived at the house, we were greeted with homemade treats: sweet and savory cakes, fresh lemonade… All of them were very delicious and carefully prepared. He also left us many kitchen ingredients such as fresh lemons, olive oil, potatoes, and onions that he collected from his garden. These are small but very fine details, they made us very happy. Everything we might need in the house was considered. Cleaning supplies, detergents, beach towels, water toys… There was even a powerful vacuum cleaner at home. Everything was spotless and extremely tidy. The house was within walking distance to the sea, the market was just up the street. It is located in a quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. We thank our host very much for his sincerity, hospitality and thoughtful consideration. We give 5 stars with peace of mind!

First of all I want to say that Dimitri was wonderful and the place was great for me and my 7 friends, it was a bit challenging to find the place but once we understood the location it was really easy getting there with a car. There is a grocery center 8 minutes away, with a car, the place is quiet and giving great peaceful time. Generally I'm really recommending on Demetris house.
