Holiday rentals with beach access in Yarmouth

We had an excellent stay at this property. The host was wonderful, providing us with plenty of local recommendations and always friendly. The house was easy to find and exactly as described in the listing. It was spacious with plenty of amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. The decor was upscale and tasteful. The only downside was some noise from people walking upstairs, as the house is quite old. The neighborhood was lovely and it was easy to get downtown via Uber. Overall, we highly recommend this property, especially for friends and couples.

The place was great! very cozy and comfortable with a great location to so many beautiful state parks in an adorable town. Awesome that it's so close to Portland even though it felt like a world away because of how adorable the town is. the hosts were great, Deborah was so Incredibly sweet and offered so many fantastic restaurant and food recommendations (we followed several of them!). They had so many things available for you just in case you forget something (even umbrellas and rain coats!) Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Loved this location! I am so glad I could stay here and explore the East End for a few days before my work trip in Downtown Portland. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. FYI for anyone else - there’s no living room or designated area to lounge but that did not make a difference to me. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Sarah!

Adina’s airbnb is in an incredible location—we were able to walk to all of the restaurants we wanted to visit easily and it was only a 10-15 minute ride from the airport. The airbnb itself was perfect for my brother and I, since there is a bed and a pull-out couch that were both suitable. Adina was very good at anticipating our needs and at making sure everything was going well with our stay—she’s a wonderful host! Whenever I decide to stay in Portland again, I would be grateful to stay at her place.

We loved staying at Amelia’s place! It is super cute and even more spacious than the photos show. Our group of 5 had plenty of room to spread out in 2 living spaces and a big kitchen. We loved the location. It’s very walkable to the Eastern Promenade, restaurants, bakery, and even into Old Port and other areas of Portland. Amelia was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would love to stay at Amelia’s place again.

My wife and I stayed at Lisa's place for 3 days arriving very late on the first night. Lisa was very accommodating to our late arrival. The place was clean, very comfortable with a very well lit entrance, very safe for late night. The next day, we woke up and saw we were in a gorgeous area of the city and could walk to all the places we planned. Lisa had put together some information on local events for us and had sent us several links with information that we appreciated greatly. I could say a lot of things about the unit, but the best part was Lisa herself. This was the first time I had actually met a host and she was extremely friendly and engaging. I would stay here again or in any unit associated with Lisa.

Ani's place is AMAZING! The pictures don't do it justice actually. The apartment is far more spacious than it seems and it was decorated in a way that was very comfortable. There wasn't a bunch of unnecessary clutter, the beds were all comfy and the linens were spotless. This is a whole house that is comfortable and homey in the best kind of ways. The kitchen has everything you'll need and then some. Munjoy Hill is a fun area that is great for accessing downtown or the coast. There's a shop around the corner for anything you might have forgotten, coffee shops and restaurants within just a few blocks, and only a 20 minute walk to downtown. I love this area of Portland and Ani's place was sooooo much nicer than other places I've stayed. I'd highly encourage everyone to stay there.

Can’t say enough about how great our stay was! Andrew was incredibly responsive, let us check in early and check out late without even asking. It was a great location on the island, very walkable, even for my mother with a bad knee (she was exhausted after the first day though). Would absolutely stay again!! 10/10

We stayed at Kathleen’s charming place in and had a wonderful experience. The space had everything we needed and was also perfect for my husband and me to work remotely. I worked from the second bedroom with the daybed, while my husband set up downstairs. The location is within walking distance to everything, and Kathleen gave us some great local recommendations. We’d love to stay again!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

My family of four (two adults, 8 &6yo) stayed at Carol’s for a fall break visit to Portland. Carol was responsive ahead of the trip and flexible with our check-in time. She stayed in another guest house on the property. She checked on us at arrival and was friendly and respectful with every interaction. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Eastern Prom park and other neighborhood spots. 5 mins to all other places in the East End and Old Port. Plus easy to get to places north and south. The house was just the right space for us.

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

We had a great time! The condo is clean, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend this AirBnB, especially for the beach proximity.

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.
