Apartment holiday rentals in Yas Island

Fabulous studio apartment, very central to everything including Mall and theme parks on Yas Island. Apartment and complex facilities were very nice and clean and eveyone was really friendly. Would definitely use this apartment again as Anastasia communicated so well theoughout our stay.

The apartment was very nice, it looked like it was presented in the pictures and the location is easy accessible to all the parks. We had everything we needed, the compound was safe and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We visited all those 4 parks and we went there every day with a taxi (5 mins drive) and each trip was 12 aed, which was very cheap. We really enjoyed staying there.

It was perfect place to stay with little ones. They loved the bunker bed and games.

The Place was clean and cozy, Afrin was very communicative and answered all my questions, he was checking to make sure i have checked in smoothly. Highly recommend his place if you wanna explore Yas! Great host :)

Lovely flat with a modern finish, beautiful bohemian decor, very calm and quiet, in a great location. Building has great facilities, pool/gym and 24/7 reception. Moe is an excellent host, prompt with communication, and helps with any requests. Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this studio! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the window was truly amazing — it made every morning feel special. The host was extremely welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place. The views were beautiful both morning and in the evening (an unexpected bonus was we got to witness the fireworks on our final night). Near Deerfield’s Mall. Over all, very convenient location in our opinion. Smooth and flexible check-in. Responsive and attentive host. Great first impression! We recently spent two nights at The Green Keepers Look-Out on Yas Island, and what a stunning apartment! The location is spot on - literally minutes from Yas Links Golf Club, all the theme parks and hotels on Yas Island, Yas Marina, Etihad Arena, and Yas Mall. While the apartment is right in the midst of all the attractions, it's still a lovely, peaceful space to return to after a busy day of exploring. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a full kitchen and beautifully decorated rooms. The private balcony offers AMAZING views over the golf course!!!! After two packed days of theme parks and exploring, coming back here was the perfect reset. The communal infinity pool and the views over the golf course made it so hard to leave. Big thanks to Elaine - we'll definitely be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at Qasim’s place! The apartment was lovely, so clean and plenty of space. Everyone was so helpful with the questions we had and it was so close to all the spots we wanted to go to. Thank you so much to all of you, would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Yas!

Top location on Yas island. The appartement als has its own parking space for the car rental. Swimming pool to cool down at the end of the day.

A very comfy place to stay for 2 guests. Very good location for Yas Bay and all the Theme Parks, and only 10 mins from Abu Dhabi Airport. Royal Holiday were so quick to respond to any query we had. Would thoroughly recommend.

Such a delightful place, incredibly beautiful apartment , has all the amenities, parking was very accessible from everywhere very , checkin was smooth, responsive and helpful host, definitely recommend it for your vacations in Abudhabi

The facilities inside are just as great as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, right in the city center. At first, I was a bit unsure because I had to wait a while during check-in, and the building exterior doesn’t look very impressive. But once I got inside, it was totally worth it. Tip for future guests: it’s best to contact the host about an hour before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process. Overall, a great stay and I’d be happy to come back!

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to my dear brother Hassan for his hospitality and warm welcome. I felt at home and among my family and friends. Hassan did not hesitate to help us with everything we needed and was in constant contact with me to see if there was anything I needed or needed any help. He also hosted us at his house for coffee and frankly the session with him was fun, friendly, kind and respectful. I was happy to get to know him and I was honored to meet him and I am sure I will return to live in this place again.
