Lerstugan - a Swedish summer dream outside Vimmerby

A real paradise in the heart of nature! It has an idyllic and beautiful old soldier dwelling dating back to 1678. Astrid Lindgren's World is about 30 minutes away. Torpet is located 50 meters from Skirsjön. Swimming and boat spot is available in a few minutes walk. This is a true neighborhood dream. Here you live freely and undisturbed with an adorable view of the forest and lake. On the grounds there are two residential properties, partly the cottage but even the old barn, which was nicely converted into a large guest house.

Simple cabin for two, 6 sqm at Sommen, standard snap above tent. Great as a base camp for nature lovers. You have your own sheets. Sea water to drink is obtained from the tap on the boat house just next door. Toilet is shared separating dry pass a bit away, no shower. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer compartment. Travel with Östgötapendeln to Boxholm station, then with Närtrafiken for SEK 50/person to the cabin. Kayak 25€/250 kr Canadian 20€/200kr. Rowing boat 15€/150 kr All per day, life jacket included.

Our newly renovated house of95 m2 + 30m2 (2019), parts of it originated from 1788, has a fantastic finish and are situated with a very large garden, 10.000 m2, and approx 300 meters from the lake Sommen (probably one of the most beautiful and clean lakes in Sweden) where swimming and fishing is a must. At the lake there is a nice small boat for rowing and alo a small enginge for longer trips on - this house is the true Swedish dream where charm, comfort and privacy can be achieved all at once

If you are interested and have questions, just email me :-) Rent out in parts of May and June and parts from 10/8 to 15/10. You can ask for dates even though they are blocked. Private in Torpa churchvillage. 200 m to neighbours and church. 70 m to Linna river, lake Sommen.

19th century Säteri on the lake

Unikt läge vid sjön Tången. Bad vid egen bygga vid privat del av sjön. Totalt 18-19 sängplatser i flygel och mangårdsbyggnad från 1800-talet. Tre badrum med dusch och wc +2 wc Sjöbyggnad från 1700-talet med ett förråd för bad och fiskeutrustning samt en sommarmatsal för 20 personer. Exklusiv fiskerätt. Boendet har en gammaldags charmig standard och det är viktigt för oss att våra gäster förstår att det inte är nyrenoverat men söderläget vid vattnet är superbt. Lakan och handdukar ingår!

Cosy cottage with private beach

Cozy cottage with own beach and jetty. On the large plot there is also a guest cottage which is included. Upstairs there are two sleeping lofts, one of which is a passage room. A double bed in one room, as well as a double bed + cot in the passage room. In the guest cottage there is a family bed (ie bunk bed with 1.20 bed downstairs).
