The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

2 bedrooms 1 king bed 1 queen bed 2 sofa beds Air Conditioning 2.5 bathrooms Full kitchen Private Pool Large patio and small garden Yelapa is a vacationer’s hideaway that can only be reached by boat. Today it remains an opportunity for authentic adventure travel to a naturally beautiful Mexican village. Most famous for its waterfalls and beach the cobblestone paths, jungle fauna, and quaint restaurants and stores further add to Yelapa's charm. Our house is near town, off the main path behind the old elementary school. We have a fantastic pool with jungle view and glimpse of the ocean through the trees - only a 3 min walk! We have a single access for all the houses, each house has its main door, only the corridors are shared to reach each one! We are 5 mins from town, 3 mins from the little beach, and 10 - 15mins from the main beach. It's a great location as we are tucked back in the jungle enough to be away from the noise of the pueblo but close enough to everything that it's super convenient. Everyone walks here! Or takes an ATV or donkey. There are no cars. It's hilly so bring your walking shoes. We have HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND AIR CONDITIONING!

Casa Luna, our romantic getaway, has a hanging queen-size bed upstairs with a spectacular view of the ocean. There is also a sitting area and a hammock built for two. Downstairs, there is a stationary queen-size bed and a twin bed/couch. Luna has a fully equipped kitchen with a view that looks out to the ocean. The stove is a four burner, sorry no oven.
