Frankly, this was our first Airbnb experience, so we had some reservations. However, we were in contact with our host from the moment we made the reservation until the moment we checked out. He answered even our smallest questions instantly. The amenities, appearance, and cleanliness of the house were surprising to us. Because it was the same as in the advertisement, and the house was cleaned quite well. The experience we had and our first Airbnb experience were very valuable and unforgettable for us. We thank you again for your interest and relevance.

Iznik Sunshine Lake House with stunning views

The location of the house is almost lakefront and very nice. The amenities in the pictures and descriptions are all available. You can have a pleasant time in the garden. There is no natural gas in the house, but there are many heaters and it is quite enough. We went with 3 couples for a total of 6 people. Apart from the living room, it is a great advantage to have 3 separate rooms in the house and each room has its own toilet bathroom. It was one of the places we would choose again. Also thanks to the host, Ms. Defne, for her quick and helpful communication.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa - it had everything and even more, comfortable house with 2 separate bedrooms + bedroom mixed with living room + bedroom with separate toilet upstairs. Wonderful terrace, both in-house and outdoors shower, private beach, grill place, sauna, multiple locations for sitting. We were 6 people and villa suited us perfectly. Thank you a lot for hospitality!
