Another great stay at Venci’s, thanks for being such a great host.

The house was perfect for our four-generation visit. Very close to a nice park with a pool and water-park spray area for little kids, play areas and an un-fenced dog off leash area.. The house was well stocked with toys for our toddler and grandpa to play with. There was a step down to the main family room that great-grandma would have needed to keep an eye on, but which we didn’t use that room much. The kitchen and adjoining area was all we needed. The hosts were very accommodating. We had a change in our plans due to some local ill family members we were hoping to visit, but couldn’t, so we had a have a few more folks in the house than planned; it all worked out well. A great family friendly home.

This place is such a gem! My mom and I stayed here while she was visiting me in Davis. We both loved it and had the most wonderful, relaxing visit. This home is so cute, lovely decorations and thoughtful touches. Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking, and very clean! We immediately felt so at home and comfortable here. We loved cooking dinners, hanging out in the gorgeous garden with the chickens, walking downtown to the shops and coffee shops. It was just wonderful! My mom worked from here too during the day and loved it! Highly recommend!! Thank you!

Super cute!! Bed rooms were spacious and beds comfy. The whole house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! The whole house setup was open and perfect! Sangeeta always got back to me with any questions.

If you're looking for a place to stay close to downtown and campus this is it. The attention-to-detail in this place is impressive. On top of its character, a lot of thought has went into making sure guests' stay is pleasant with chargers, sound machines and ear plugs in each room, stocked coffee bars and snacks, and many more amenities. The location was great for walking / biking to restaurants nearby.

Jennifer was proactive in letting us know what was awaiting for us at the airbnb and was helpful in allowing us to check in 45 mins early. Her place was very clean and the amenities were up to date. There is space for 2 cars to park in the driveway and there is a gate. I am glad that the yard and house is fenced so my dog can safely run around. We did hear some street noise but nothing too bad. While it was hot when we were there (90F+), the AC in the house made it comfortable. McDonald's was walking distance and a Raley's was also very close by. I would consider staying here again if I were in Sacramento!

Tonya’s property is located in a very safe area. It’s an older house but very well maintained. Tonya has thought of everything, including all kitchen utensil's, upgraded restrooms, very nice washer and dryer, I didn’t have to message the host for anything. I would definitely stay again at her place.

My family and I loved this home. We had one problem with bathroom lights and Darish had someone there to fix them within half an hour. The beds were wonderful! We really appreciated that there were plenty of Kleenex and paper towels to use. The neighborhood had loads of walking trails which we walked every day. If we get back to Davis, I really hope this home is available as it is truly beautiful! Thanks, Darish!!

This condo worked perfectly for two couples. Having the Grill within a 5 minute walking distance was a huge bonus. The Mansion also has a great bar which we enjoyed one evening after touring wineries all day!

A great place to stay. Close to a grocery store. Easy to get around. The pool was a hit with the grandkids.

Mila‘s guest house was the most charming home,it was the perfect size and had everything we needed there. We enjoyed the grounds, especially since we were there with our two corgis . The home is in a marvelous setting lots of walking around in privacy. I will be sure to recommend for visiting family and friends. Thank you , Dean and Valerie Ranns

We had a fantastic stay! Craig was incredibly responsive and was able to rent to us same day as we didn't want to leave Silverado Resort and beautiful Napa! The condo decor was stylish and modern with an upscale vide that fit perfectly with Silverado Resort. The unit is stand alone with no one upstairs which was a plus. Silverado Resort is a one-of-a kind complete destination resort with golf, pools, tennis, spa and restaurants. Added bonus we were less than 10 minutes to downtown Napa. Can't wait to come back!

Stephanie was an excellent communicator as Iwas having a problem knowing where to go! This was my first Airbnb experience and I was very pleased! I loved the condo itself and the fireplace was so lovely as well as the view! Plenty of space and so peaceful - location perfect to walk to the little market for breakfast ( which unfortunately had the worst Starbucks coffee ever!) Coffee in my room was better and free! Bed was super comfortable too! Only negative for me was the fact that it was on the 2nd level and I needed help getting my luggage up the stairs but that was no problem either!!

The airbnb was really great and we enjoyed our stay. It is spacious, in a lovely neighbourhood that is very walkable, and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Only wish we had stayed there longer than the 1 night!

We enjoyed our stay in Sacramento! It was nice to relax by the pool and to cook our meals in the lovely kitchen. We could have used a few more kitchen accessories (e.g. baking dish or pizza pans), but otherwise, it had what we needed.

Anya's place is exactly as described - it's spacious, really nicely decorated, in a cute neighborhood, close to the river, and has everything you need. I would definitely stay again. One caution for light sleepers: there are train tracks just a block away, and the first night the train woke me up a few times. Earplugs saved me the second night and I slept great.

Newly renovated, clean apartment. Stayed for a work trip which was nice and comfortable alternative to the hotels in the area

Host was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. The home was clean and spacious with a nice backyard. It was a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Sac!

This was our second extended stay at the Heritage House while in Sacramento on family business. Robert was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. We continue to be very satisfied with the accommodations and very happy to see some of the updates including bedroom curtains, additional kitchen appliances, Mrs Meyers hand soap and Native toiletries. We enjoyed having the space to spread out and sufficient bathrooms for our group. We made good use of the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities. And it was great to relax in the living room with the big screen TV after long days of physical and emotional labor. While we hope to not need many more family business trips to Sacramento, we will definitely stay here again when in town!
