Apartment holiday rentals in Yonghe District

This was a surprisingly nice find, especially given the reasonable price: right next to the university, plenty of great food. Everything in the apartment was well maintained and very clean. I would definitely stay again!

Received very clear instructions from the host on how to enter the room. Host is very nice and reacts super quickly. Room was clean and suited us perfectly. The location is super close to an MRT station which is a huge plus.

Anne's a great host. The location is pretty good, and overall the overall quality of the stay reflected the price-point of the listing!

Anne's place was perfectly situated for my work stint at NTU. The studio was clean and had everything I needed for my stay including an unexpected washer/dryer. Anne was very helpful and kind enough to let us check out a bit later, so we could enjoy a local restaurant without lugging our bags. There's lots to do in the area between small coffee shops, several night markets and the proximity to the green MRT line and Da'an park. The coffee shops in the area can get a bit louder with late night chatter but aside from that it was a very quiet neighborhood without traffic noise which is rare in Taipei.

Nice, clean and affordable place.

Stayed here because it's close to NTU. The room is small but cozy, with enough natural light from the (small) window. Gongguan MRT station is a 3min walk away, and in the alleys around the building, there are countless affordable restaurants. A Carrefour is a 2min walk away, Family Mart 3 minute. A 24h Sukiya is right next door. The sound insulation isn't very good, but that is very common in Taiwan. You'll occasionally hear the other tenants talk, and was a frequent hissing, whooshing noise coming from the other side of the wall. Traffic is audible too as the building is by the main road. I was working from home often, and with white noise or headphones, it was no problem. The water dispenser in the kitchen is a blessing, as is the washing machine! The place offers everything you need for daily living. Overall very satisfied with the place that's in a great location, comfortable, and well maintained.

The place is literally a few meters away from MRT! There are also nearby establishments like Muscle Centre Gym, a laundry place, convenience stores, bank/atm, supermarket. Also, Shida night market area is very near. Great place to Stay if you’d like to go to lots of places in Taipei.

Nice little room with private bathroom, great for solo travellers. A bit noisy at times, because it's located right at a main street, so if you have light sleep keep that in mind. But other than that, location is great as it's very central and right at an MRT station, so you can easily explore the city from there and there are many good food spots nearby. Anne is a great host, easy to reach, and let me even check-in earlier and check-out later :)

The surrounding neighborhood is quiet. The room is clean and cozy also including the kitchenware which make it easy for me. Plus the place is near one of MRT station so definitely this is the place that i would comeback and stay!

This was my second stay at Ming's place. Once again it was a perfect place for me. Very clean, quiet, safe, and nice! I was happy I could stay again.

숙소는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 욕실에 작은 욕조도 마음에 들었고, 집 앞에 바로 야시장이 있어서 저녁에 가볍게 산책하기 좋은 장소입니다. 지하철 역도 문을 열고 나가면 거의 바로 있어서 이동에 용이합니다. 넓은 숙소가 주는 편안함이 아주 좋았고 방들이 구분되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 다음에 대만에 오면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

We had a great stay (3 weeks). Sydney was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive from beginning to end. The place was clean. The location of this unit is perfect for visitors to Taipei - it is located about an 8- 10-min walk from 2 MRT stops (and lots of bus stops), so you can get to most parts of the city w/in 30 minutes. A night market is only a 10 min walk away. The building is located right on a main street so it was very easy to find and lots of restaurants and shops close by, but the unit itself is set back from the main street so it is surprisingly quiet. The main caveat about this unit is that the bathtub is quite small and Asian-style with a ledge in it to sit while you bathe. There is little space to stand. This was a bit of a challenge to adjust to, since we are used to taking standing showers. Also, we had trouble getting the dryer function on the laundry machine to work. Overall though we had a great stay and would definitely be open to staying here again.

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

Good Place, same as what it was described in listing

We stayed for Ellis was very quick to respond to our queries and had plenty of helpful recommendations. The place looks like the photos and is well priced, has a nice gym and pool (only opens 2pm). Close to 7-11, bus stops and train station (5-10min walk to all), also walkable to elephant trail from here. Bed is quite firm if you like it that way. Would recommend :)

The host is very responsive. The location is quite close to key sightseeing spots in Ximen.

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!
