We are located in the middle of the Kunshan Science Park and the center of Tainan City. It is very convenient to get to the city center, the interchange and the high-speed rail. There are many options for shopping or dining due to the proximity to the Kunshan Science Park and the Dream Era of Nanfang. The Space: Provides a private space of 30 sq. ft. on the entire floor. Guest access: The entire floor includes two double rooms, one single room, a sofa bed, a bathroom, and common areas such as a living room. Other things to note: * Pet friendly, but if there is damage caused by pets, you may need to pay for some repairs or cleaning.* No smoking indoors (you can smoke on the balcony, do not throw cigarette butts), chewing betel nuts, taking drugs, or having parties.* Do not make loud noises late at night, destroy items, or take out items. * The kitchen is not available for cooking, but the rest of the appliances are available. * Free board games and electric mahjong tables are available (please refer to the instruction manual for electric mahjong tables, human damage or loss of mahjong requires partial repair costs) * After checking out, place the key card on the living room table.

This is a 1F room in a rental suite, because there are long-term residents in other rooms in the building, sometimes there is access and exit, it is recommended for those who are extremely sensitive to sound to find another suitable accommodation ~ We also hope that guests will be considerate of each other and keep the volume down after dark! * Prices are divided into 1 and 2, please select the correct number of people when booking. * If you arrive after 9:00 pm, please let the host know in advance so you can receive the key box code before you arrive. * We provide clean towels, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and toothpaste. * There is a washer-dryer in the room, so you don't have to worry about going home with smelly clothes ~ * There is an RO water dispenser outside the door, please use cups to fill water to reduce plastic waste. * There is a motorcycle and car parking space next to the park opposite the house, the car fee is $20 per hour, and there is no charge from 10pm to 8am the next morning. * There is also a self-service parking lot 200m from the house, $50/hour (half hour meter), 24hrs max $120. * Cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out, there is no mid-stay cleaning provided for your stay.
