You will stay on the first floor of this building and you will be very independent. The bedroom has a private bathroom and toilet. A kettle and coffee maker are available with tea/herbal tea and coffee. Only the hallways and stairs are shared with the owners of the place. The house is located in the heart of the city.

The house, located at the foot of Saint-Étienne Cathedral, offers an exceptional location in the historic center of the city of Auxerre. In the house, common areas are available to guests: kitchen, living rooms, garden. The spacious "green" bedroom will allow you to rest, and includes a private bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is included.

I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center.. There is a bus stop, with a bus every quarter of an hour 5 minutes from my home. I live in a ground floor building with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in is between 6pm and 9pm and check out before 8:30 am. i don't give away my keys. Be respectful, you're with us, not your own.
