The house, located at the foot of Saint-Étienne Cathedral, offers an exceptional location in the historic center of the city of Auxerre. In the house, common areas are available to guests: kitchen, living rooms, garden. The spacious "green" bedroom will allow you to rest, and includes a private bathroom and toilet. I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center. There is a bus stop, with a bus every 15 minutes, 5 minutes from my home. I live in a building on the ground floor with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and check-out before 8:30 a.m. I don't give out my keys. Be respectful, you are at our home and not at your home.
