On the edge of the forest of Othe, our cottage is a renovated dovecote of the seventeenth century, in the heart of a small authentic village, 10 minutes from Sens, its cathedral and its museum. Located 2 hours from Paris, one hour from many sites such as Troyes and its factory shops, Auxerre and its vineyards (Chablis), St Fargeau (Guédélon), Provins medieval city, this cottage will be perfect to welcome travellers wishing to recharge their batteries in peace (cottage located in a private road)

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers . Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Its terrace and garden provide a very pleasant outdoor area, perfectly exposed for you to rest. The largest wine estates, as well as the most beautiful views of Chablis are very close. Composed of two bedrooms, lounge area, and vintage style kitchen, you can prepare your meals or access the many Chablis restaurants.
