The Deck Room and Path Room each have one queen size bed and share a bath. Each room also has a private entrance. Great for families and couples traveling together. Walk to shops, galleries, restaurants - and history! The Harbor is a couple blocks away. SINCE COVID I CANNOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST BUT SEVERAL GREAT COFFEE SHOPS ARE JUST A MINUTES WALK AWAY.

Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.

Gravelly Brook is a corner room on the 2nd floor of The Harbor Inn with custom window seats and a decorative fireplace. With windows on the south and west, there's lots of natural sunlight. Gravelly Brook is a guest favorite!

The first room (queen bed) is $110/night (NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES) through Airbnb and the second room (full bed, which can be requested once you book the first room and with family or friends only) is $75/night which must be booked directly through me. For your enjoyment, I offer my homemade oatmeal/honey bread, banana bread, blueberry muffins and strawberry and raspberry jam.
