Very nice house, close to everything, beautiful garden.

Very comfortable stay, the room is quite relaxing, near the apartment there are shops, Oxxo fruit shops, for the price I think it is worth 100, I would use it again 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

We had an amazing stay in Moisés’ condo. The unit is beautifully furnished, comfy beds, well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of seating, towels, everything! The pool and patio area are incredible. Everything was spotlessly clean and the on-site attendant was helpful. We would highly recommend a stay in Moisés’ house for couples, families, or groups. Great beach within 100 yards, easy access to downtown restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Wonderful vacation spot!!

The accommodation is as it promises; excellent location, very close to the Visa Service Center, in the center, it is very comfortable, cool, it has a small pool to cool off after the heat of Merida. If the purpose of your trip to Merida includes the processing of the US visa. This is your accommodation.

Enjoyed the residence and the amenities. There was some road noise but nothing too late at night. Mario was very responsive and helpful. He was proactive, reaching out to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend.

I loved this place, close to the beach, the apartments was very clean and well stocked kitchen, 20-25 min walk to town or quick with Uber , would definitely stay again !

100% recommended. The stay was extremely quiet, the area is very quiet, almost no cars pass by at night. The air conditioning works perfectly, which was a great help because we visited Mérida in the hottest season of the year. They left us a full carafe, which is very much appreciated They responded super fast, always attentive and with recommendations In general, everything was super, super good and according to what was published!

We had a great stay from start to finish! The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions/questions we had. We felt so comfortable. 5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always available for any questions and attentive to details to make sure my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality. I hope to be back soon!
