kocai is an eco-friendly hotel, with only 7 rooms inspired by the ancient Mayan house. the rooms surround our swimming pool over 12 meters in diameter and at a depth of 1.40 meters. we have beds and pillows with memory technology, solar water heaters, a waste water treatment system, our rooms not how many with Ariel conditioning because of the composition and materials stay cool much of the day and throughout the night.
