The home had everything my family and I needed for a comfortable stay!

This home is gorgeous and clean. We enjoyed the neighborhood and really loved sitting out by the pool for the evening. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Yuma. Lonnie and Yvette were wonderful at communicating and responded quickly to any questions.

Absolutely pristine and a very serene setting. Private fencing in front and back. Two car garage. A perfectly sized great room with dining room, kitchen and living room where a couple of two can relax very comfortably. Thank you, Chris, for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as great as the first. We appreciate the care and attention Veronica gives to the house and our family.

This is our second time staying at Brianne’s property, and we hope to return on all our subsequent visits to Yuma. Make sure you plan to be “home” for at least one sunset in the backyard. It’s truly breathtaking. In the morning, you can have your coffee and watch hummingbirds frolic in the tree out back. Everything you need is provided, including bath wash, shampoo and conditioner, pool floaties, a washer and dryer, plenty of plugs for your devises and everything you need to prepare meals for your family, when not dining out. It seems everything is within a 2 mile radius. The area is quiet and feels safe. Plus, the home is uncluttered, as well as being beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, a true home away from home. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Had a great experience at this place. The hosts were super responsive, the house was immaculate and incredibly spacious. Plenty of room for everyone and things to do. We went with 2 kids and 1 infant. The master has enough space for a pack and play which made our stay even better. Would definitely book again.

Had forgot to leave review first time we stayed at Jerry’s place. The 2nd time was as positive and clean as the first time. Having kids is always a struglle to find a safe place, and Jerry’s place was perfect. Felt like home , spacious, clean and safe environment. Would definitely stay here again when i come into town to visit family.

There was plenty of room for three women and the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and supplies you may need. We didn't cook any meals in the home, but it appeared to have all of the basics and more! We didn't even turn on the big TV during our stay, as we were too busy catching up. We all felt very safe in the area. Thanks Andrea!

Anna was very responsive including bringing a new mattress to us the second day! Very comfortable home & lovely roof deck. Her cleaning service needs to step it up a bit & she is addressing that issue. We really enjoyed our month long stay.

We enjoyed this lovely home in a peaceful quiet area! It was a very easy checkin & our hostess had clear directions & was responsive when we messaged. The rooms were all nice sized & clean! We only needed 4 nights, but it was a 5 night minimum….so made it more expensive for us. We knew that ahead of time, but probably won’t book it again because of that. The main suggestion is for new sheets, as they had the little ‘pills’ that aren’t as comfortable as smooth sheets….but they were clean. Overall we had a very nice stay here!

We absolutely loved this home. It is by far the best rental property we have booked. It was spotless and had everything we could need. The remodel was beautiful, and layout was perfect, reminded us of a nice hotel. Kevin was super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely rent this property again if it is available.

Benjamin was very organized with details which made the stay effortless. This was absolutely perfect, and it's in a great location for my first visit to Yuma. Quiet, clean, great communication and Benjamin had everything that was needed for the stay. Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. We travel and stay in air bnbs fairly often for work, and I admit I don't always take the time to leave a review - but we were so impressed by the perfect balance of niceness with comfortable and homey feelings that I had to this time. The home is laid out well, roomy, has comfortable furniture, humongous beautiful kitchen I wish I had at home, and the yard was perfect for us and our two large dogs that end up traveling with us. The pool, patio, large shady tree, and grass area were very pleasant for hot Yuma evenings, and the neighborhood while nothing special felt clean, safe, and was conveniently located for us. All in all we will definitely stay here again if possible when traveling to Yuma!

I don't know where to begin with how content I was with my stay Im from Virginia and came to visit my marine partner and I really wanted to be able to cook and make him feel as close to the homey feeling as possible and I definitely achieved that. On day two when the gas stove didn't turn on I message Princess about and not only she did response quickly she even sent someone out to change the gas tank out and I was able to continue cooking she apologized for any inconvenience and made up for it very kindly. Everything immaculate towels and all I definitely will call this my second home whenever I visit Yuma again super happy.

We had multiple family members coming from different states and we shared the house. The house was large enough to hang out together in the communal areas. The family room had games for the kids. Bedrooms were nice if you needed some privacy to get away. Nice central location.

Cute spot, pool is not heated which doesn’t matter after May. There isn’t any soap or hygiene basics for the bathroom, so bring those. Not a lot of cooking stuff like tin foil, storage containers, or a microwave. No cookie sheet to heat up leftovers (because no microwave) if you have them, we had to get creative. Very strong fragrance when you walk in because they have a tone of wall plug ins. We just unplugged them. Nice spot in a good location though!

Best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Everything we needed for a 2 wk stay was provided. Very comfortable and adorable house. The bed was super comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Didn’t need much communication with Sandra and Scott because everything was perfect but they did check in with us. We will come back if in Yuma again.

My wife and I love the house. It was clean and comfortable. It was very stalked in the kitchen. Our girls enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. I like grilling in the bbq and using the sink conveniently to wash my hands. We recommend this home. We love to come back on our next vacation.

This was our second stay at Sterling's Airbnb. It's 15 minutes away from family, so super convenient. The house is clean, and the beds are comfortable with 100% cotton sheets. The primary bedroom is a nice size with a large walk-in closet (I don't pack light). The neighborhood is walkable at night. The location feels safe, and private. This is my go-to place in Yuma!
