Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yuma County

my husband and I stayed for 3 days it was nice, peaceful and comfortable. loved the 2nd restroom out in back patio. The only thing that I didn't like was I wasn't able to cook anything cause stove didn't work nor the other heating appliances that was there. would stay again and definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cinthya's property is in a great location if you are traveling to Yuma for dental work in Los Algodones. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the border crossing parking lot. It's also close to several great restaurants, Gateway Park, and Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park. There are also convenient supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the washer and dryer works great so you can pack light. Previous reviews mention the noise from the busy street and that the neighbors keep roosters and that is accurate, but I adjust to that quickly. Thanks, Cinthya!

The nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far! Karlos’ place is a hidden gem. Comfortable, nicely decorated, extremely clean with everything you need. We had our own parking spot off the street right in front of the entrance and loved the gated entrance. It added another level of privacy. When we walked into the home it was refreshing after being in the Arizona heat, the air conditioning works great. We were pleasantly surprised at the decor and size of the home, it was much larger than we expected! The home was so clean and nicely put together, we felt like we were the first people to stay there! Karlos literally has the home stocked with anything you could possibly need! Extra blankets, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, paper towels and toilet paper, pool towels, Tupperware, a stocked coffee bar, cooking utensils, oils and a couple seasonings for cooking, and the pool was fantastic! What a sweet spot!! After a full day of travel this place was a welcome respite! We were so tired we didn’t see the unlock button at first even though we looked for it, thanks for the patience and your help! 😊 The apt. Is well cared for and had amenities we needed, like a real freezer! And everything was pristine clean. The cooling system worked great and was quiet not cycling loudly like some for a good nights rest. And the neighborhood was off the highway and any main roads so very peaceful and quiet. We will consider resting there again if we can get it on our next visit through Yuma. Thank you!!😊

I’ve traveled for the last five years and I can honestly stay this stay was easily in my top three. The entire family was beyond kind and extremely responsive. The place literally has everything you can need. My only complaint is I wasn’t able to stay longer. Thank you so so much again for opening your home to me.

The home was very nicely furnished and had everything we could have needed. We also loved the added touch of all the games and puzzles available!!

This home is gorgeous and clean. We enjoyed the neighborhood and really loved sitting out by the pool for the evening. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Yuma. Lonnie and Yvette were wonderful at communicating and responded quickly to any questions.

This was the second time we have rented this house. We spend the day out on the river and it is not a bad drive from the house to get there. It is extremely comfortable for our family and great backyard with pool and room for the pets. Erin is a great host and very responsive to all our questions and needs. We will definitely be booking again when we go to the river.

Anna was very responsive including bringing a new mattress to us the second day! Very comfortable home & lovely roof deck. Her cleaning service needs to step it up a bit & she is addressing that issue. We really enjoyed our month long stay.

Jesus, was very responsive, flexible and really made our spontaneous trip to float the CO river possible! Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool table!

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

One of the best stays we've had in the Yuma/Somerton/San Luis area. My family appreciated every aspect of the home, the layout and hospitality. clean, safe and comfortable. We felt right at home. Rhea was beyond accommodating.

We were in Yuma for the college World Series and this was our 1st time staying in an Airbnb… we absolutely loved it! My favorite part was the quiet back porch. I enjoyed my morning coffee there and my husband used the grill each evening to make supper. Everything we needed to cook, grill, or clean was readily available. My husband and I both needed to work while we were away from home. The condo was perfect for him to work a few hours at the desk and I at the kitchen bar while our teen daughter did her thing in the 2nd bedroom. Internet worked great for everything. Overall wonderful experience! Would definitely stay again if we ever need to visit Yuma again.
