In the heart of Brindas, come and enjoy the calm of this pretty 32 m² two-room apartment. 20 minutes from Lyon and at the foot of the Lyon mountains. Close to all shops (less than 2 minutes walk), between city and countryside. The accommodation: Living room with sofa bed (2 places) TV and dressing room. Equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190), memory foam mattress, dressing room and desk. Bathroom in the bedroom.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Nice duplex in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this countryside apartment in the Monts du Lyonnais. Parking is available not far from the accommodation, a garage for a car or 4 motorcycles is adjacent to the accommodation. A small city stadium is located opposite if you have children.
