Just spectacular house!! large, spacious, very clean, nice patio, very quiet place to go just to enjoy!! The house is as shown in the photos and as described. Very clean linens and towels, which is always appreciated. Roberto is very flexible with the departure times which is also very convenient. The beaches are a 5 min drive away. We will definitely be back here!

The stay was very quiet, the space has everything you need to have a good weekend. When I arrived I was the heater on, making the space nice cozy. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra cover for the cold. The patio is very nice and has a hammock. I didn't use the grill. The kitchen is well equipped, but it would be appreciated if they offered oil, coffee and sugar or sweetener. There was only salt and garlic powder. One of the days the water in the shower got cold. I had to wait half an hour for q hot. The only negative thing I can say is that the piso was dirty. I looked under the bed looking for a sock and noticed it was full of dust, hair and lint. The rest of the house (kitchen and bathroom) was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another issue I had was with the address. On google maps the street number is incorrect. You have to follow the location that Daniela sends and not the address listed on the AirBnB.

Beautiful, clean and cozy cabin, it has everything for the stay, very good location, it is very close to Zapallar beach, 15 min walk, while you go all the way along the promenade of the coast, walking quietly. Also very close to restaurant the Chiringuito and the rich empanada of La Caleta. Highly recommended cottage.

Excellent experience! Our stay at Rosita's place was simply perfect. From the first moment, we felt right at home. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, and even nicer in person. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well kept. The location is ideal - close to everything we needed, but quiet enough to rest. Also Rosita and her daughter were very attentive and kind, always willing to help us with any questions. The details did not go unnoticed: They welcomed us with some chocolates and bottle of wine (incredible). We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. It was a wonderful experience!

Wea cottage, very well equipped, good location, quiet sector and close to the beach. It's a great place to stay. The place is comfortable and the same as the photos. We really enjoyed it. Completely recommending.

A spectacular house, very well accommodated, beautiful place. Ideal to go with a group with children, pets, and have a rich time. Catalina is always friendly, attentive to any questions, and flexible. I would repeat the trip at any time again. Important is that you must bring towels and sheets

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

Charming Casa y Pequeño Parque! The house is very nice, cozy. Very comfortable! The house is great for sharing as a family or with friends. The house also has a nice and large terrace, with a good place to make asados and stove. It has a playground for children, a small pool with a sun deck, an antique tennis court that serves for children to ride bikes, skates or play…. We really enjoyed our stay! I recommend it 100%

Very comfortable apartment , spacious , bright and well decorated. It has a nice view and despite being close to everything , it is very quiet and quiet . Located next to the beach , cafes and restaurants. Macarena is very friendly and quick to respond.

Although access by stairs is not suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility, on the day when the tide goes down the path through the sand leads directly to the cove of Horcon, the cabin is very comfortable, it has everything you need, maybe only a television would be missing for the cold and rainy days. Everything else worked ok, we will definitely be back 😊

The place is wonderful. Very comfortable, everything was very clean and the apartment is atomic. The terrace is giant, the view is 180 degrees and the descent to the beach is direct. Easily easy to get to. The only thing I don't recommend is for people dependent on wheelchairs or cars, because you have to go down a floor down the staircase, nothing serious, but complicated for people with little mobility. Everything else is super-equipped. Unexpected highlight: the janitor Ariel passed by for kind and helpful, he helped us at all times.

The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and with a wonderful temperature thanks to the fact that it retains the heat of the sun and when there is no sun the forest does its job of tempering very well (we went in autumn). The view is spectacular and can be enjoyed at all times, either outside on the terrace or inside from the living room. It is in a wonderful, quiet environment, with several walks that can be done in nature. There is a forest next door, a beach and a walk to the lighthouse, all within walking distance. It is a place to relax and return refreshed. Our dogs enjoyed it as much as we did. For lovers of nature and tranquility, it is a dream place.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. Rodolfo was an exceptional host: very kind, attentive and always making sure that I didn't miss anything. I felt very safe at all times, which was fundamental for me. So far, it's been the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. With a wonderful view, it is very well located, with many places to eat and everything very close. A 10 out of 10. Thank you, Rodolfo!

Catalina, a very good host, responds quickly, super clean place. The only bad thing is that it is dangerous to walk to the beach, because there are sections where there is no sidewalk.

Rodrigo and María Luisa were always very kind. They welcomed us, explained everything, and left us feeling at ease. They were quick to respond to our questions and always had a good attitude. The place and the surroundings were beautiful, being immersed in the community and finding small treasures of nature, uncrowded beaches, beautiful forests, was priceless. The accommodation was very well maintained, well distributed and aesthetically beautiful. Everything was amazing, thank you both so much!

A truly wonderful stay, super safe indoors, super quiet the local area, with its surrounding markets, super close to the beach walking. Easy to locate on the way to downtown, nothing to say, it was spectacular. We will be back! 😊
