Amazing stay! Highly recommend!

Had an Amazing time at his property Really a great spot to do a lil of everything and the sounds at night of the coquis wow it’s so peaceful

loved the place, I plan to come back in a few months with the children.

Such a wonderful stay! Falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was a treat, and the unit is close enough to town that you can still find stores/restaurants within a 5-ish minute drive. I personally didn’t have a car so I took Ubers most of the time-- they do come out, it just takes a while. If you need to use Uber, the pin “Calle 3 & Calle 8” in Rio Grande works best. Joanna is an incredible host, very responsive and communicative, and she has recommendations for laundromats, stores, etc if you need them. My job is remote and I found that the wifi worked great, but phone calls weren’t always the best quality, probably due to the location. If the window slats are open and you’re sensitive to mosquito bites like I am, Joanna can close them from the outside for you to keep bugs out (for the most part). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

Charles place was BEAUTIFUL! Spacious and fit us 7 girls comfortable . Had all listed amenities . In house washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a huge help. Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower is strong . Stayed here for with a bachelorette group and it was so pretty ! Beautiful scenery worked out great for awesome pictures. The condo pool has alot of character , shallow and feels like bath water . So beautiful . Only downside to pool at condo is that it closed at 7 pm. I feel you should definitely rent a car when staying here as it is pretty isolated and no personal golf cart to use anymore . Beach is near by but everything else is pretty far . Can eat at Hyatt resort but very strict on rules to enter grounds (must have reservation , cannot have on resort or swim wear and only 2 people max) . Charles had great recommendations and good communication. I def would stay here again ! The scenery and condo itself is 10/10 !

This is a great place! Exactly like the pictures, very spacious and nicely laid out. Good WiFi and comfortable beds. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, beach towels, beach chairs and pool noodles. This place is great for families - the condo community has a small pool that is fairly shallow and shaded, as well as a small playground. It’s walking distance to a private, empty beach with very calm waters. It’s also near the Hyatt resort (10 minute walk or a short golf cart ride) where you can pay for a day pass to use their huge pool and beach. Would stay here again!

Our Family of five had a great stay. This unit was exactly as described, clean and very near the areas we wanted to explore. We appreciated the gated entry with security on staff at all times. The kitchen had everything we needed for the at home meals that complimented our dinners out. The 3 bedroom—4 bed setup was exactly what we needed. Great beaches nearby (there’s a closet in the unit that has complimentary beach items ), El Yunque was an 8 minute drive and Carabali Adventure park just a few minutes more. Short drive to Luquillo kiosks and the drive to the Ceiba Ferry for our trips to Culebra and Vieques was only 30 minutes away. And a picturesque drive to San Juan was still very manageable. Proactive communication from the host was great and responses were very fast.

It’s a nice, quiet place. Good location if you want to enjoy yunque and surrounding area. Rooms are nice as is living space. AC in rooms - not main space. Great patio/backyard space. Owner communicates quickly.

Our stay here was perfect, from the moment we booked until the day we left it was absolutley amazing. The house was super clean, provided ample linens and had the necessary utensils to cook with. The pool was perfect and always clean and refreshing. The neighbors were great, even our morning roosters grew on us by the time we left. We would absolutley book again with Lee, it was totally worth it. We had a party of 7 and we were comfortable. The property was surrounded with gates and beautifully landscaped. We always felt safe. We wish we could have stayed longer, definitely looking forward to booking again!

Hector's place was very nice, comfortable and inviting! He did everything he could to make us feel at home which was really appreciated! I always generally give hosts 5 stars accross the board but I gave 3 stars for the location i believe, not because of any fault on Hector but in the morning there is a Cock that crows VERY loudly. I can sleep through anything but for future guests I just wanted you all to know that it is a reality. Also there are some nice photos of mountain side in the description, just want you all to know that it's not connected to the rental but merely beautiful shots of Puerto Rico. Its not secluded at all but the neighborhood is calm. Again, this was a very nice place and Hector was very kind but I wanted to give an honest review! God Bless!

The house was amazing! Can see the rain forest with the birds talking in the morning and the frogs talking in thru the evening. Great place to unwind after adventures close by

I was quite impressed with the location the views from the roof are amazing there plenty of activities to do in the Airbnb. We enjoyed the time that we spent in the Airbnb. I wish we could’ve spent more time. We spent a lot of our time touring the island back-and-forth to old San Juan, returning to the Airbnb was very relaxing only negative for me is that I spent a little time there!

The place was very clean and as advertised. Very comfortable for our family with indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out. The host was extremely responsive providing suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely phenomenal rental and Ashley is awesome! The home was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved every moment. Ashley was super responsive, super clear, and helpful when we needed anything! I would definitely stay here again.

Daniel & Ana were very responsive. We had a few hiccups but things were taken care of promptly. The location is not on maps so there is only longitude and latitude used for directions, which after understanding it’s in 600 acres of private land it made sense. The big brown gate was easy to use and created even more security and privacy. It was great with lots of trails in the facility next door that does horse back riding, forest atv riding, restaurants, and more. We were fortunate to have bumped into Daniel and he took us on a quick ride into the acres of the estate. Incredible! We will most definitely return. Also note you are in horse territory, so there are stables everywhere including down the hills of the estate. They are all private residences so vacationers should be respectful of the people taking care of the horses. Our only minor bummer were noseeums. Mosquito spray was provided - you are in a rainforest - but honestly we didn’t have many. Definitely would recommend!

Definitely will recommend you to come and enjoy your stay at Susette’s bnb. She was very helpful and very friendly when I needed her assistance ! Everything described for the listening is exactly how it looks but even better in person . At the night you hear the lovely sound of the Coquis from the motherland of Puerto Rico & I cannot forget the neighbors where beyond nice and very welcoming . Great place to spend your vacation in Puerto Rico

The place was perfect. Had all the amenities we needed plus. Luis was great!! Beautiful family. Felt right at home and it was so clean. We will be back for our family vacations every year ❤️ thank you so much for everything felt right at home.

Kathy and Karina were by far the best host I’ve dealt with on Airbnb. Anything we asked or needed they were always so helpful even if they didn’t have to. They are so thoughtful I came for my birthday and I loved that they personalized our stay. Putting birthday decorations and notes in room. The bed sheets are so soft and everything was very clean! This was a simple and easy process and they are always checking on us very responsive. Thank you again Karina and Kathy!

Beautiful place to share with family, the apartment had all the amenities and was fully equipped. Miguel was very kind and easy to contact. We'll definitely be back!

A really amazing place! It fit our party of 6 so comfortably, and the location was perfect. Within 15-30mins of the major sights. Our teens LOVED the private beach, and all the terraces in the apartment. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive when needed, and the house came stocked with drinks and everything we needed to cook meals. Would definitely come again!

The rooftop was absolutely amazing, we spent the majority of our time there, the breeze and the view was everything on that roof. I got to watch the sun set and rise from the view just gorgeous pictures!! The house itself was roomy, entertaining with games for all ages, and near everything. The beach was awesome. The pool needed cleaning, so we didn’t really enjoy that, but the restaurants were amazing very tasty, especially the one off the beach strip. We enjoyed two different parts of the beach. My children enjoyed the nightlife for the younger generation. Overall our stay was amazing. The only complaints we had were those ants, they were biting the mess out of us, as emasculately clean the place was those ants were treacherous, we even wiped counters down with bleach, made sure we kept it swept and tidy, it was like those ants were on a mission lol. Jennifer was an absolutely marvelous host, very attentive, quick to respond. We had a blast, loved every bit of our week we spent there

Playas del Yunque is a wonderful community for families who enjoy being outdoors and walking distance to the beach. This apt has been beautifully remodeled and its open floor design lets everyone share and come together. The apt is unique since it is a garden apt with 3 bedrooms while such apts. regularly only have one or two rooms.. The terrace faces a green area with ocean view. The apt has all the basic things to make your stay be comfortable and fun. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome. A party of 6 stayed and we never felt like we were in each other's way. Wilfredo's place is close to world class beaches, food, San Juan and El Yunque National Forest. We got to explore all the nearby restaurants. We also took advantage of the amenities his place has to offer. Would definitely recommend his place for your next stay.
