Fresh and Modern Apartment Luka with Old Town & Sea View

There are only few terraces like this: Dubrovnik's Old Town in front of you and the clear Adriatic Sea behind it. The apartment is situated at the top of the house, it is perfectly romantic for the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. We offer accommodation which consists of one apartment, 50 m2 large (suitable for 2+2) with an amazing sea and Old Town view. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. I would be happy to provide any information and help! The apartment is situated in Ploce district offering amazing Old Town and sea view. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for morning running or for night walks. Old Town is just few minutes walking distance, as well as the closest beach and many restaurants. This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful few days in Dubrovnik at Ida’s wonderful home. We spent hours sitting on the porch looking down at the city. Ida is a considerate host who arranged a taxi to get us from the airport, which is very helpful given the stairs. There are a lot of stairs to old town Dubrovnik but SO worth it for the incredible views. Can’t say enough about how wonderful that visit was!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anita’s in the Old City of Split. If you want a “locals” experience I highly recommend this apartment. The unit is beautifully decorated and with modern and luxurious amenities. We loved being right in the old town walking to the palace, numerous restaurants and the waterfront. Parking is very close by as well if you need a car to explore outside of Split. We look forward to a return trip to this beautiful city.

Great apartment —clean, full of historic charm and character, yet modern and comfortable. It’s compact, like many places in Old Town, so don’t expect a lot of space. The directions provided were super helpful and made finding our way through Old Town much easier. The location is unbeatable—just an alley away from the iconic “Steps of Shame,” close to Banje Beach, and somehow still peaceful and quiet. WiFi initially wasn’t working and the host rectified the issue quickly and successfully. Old Town Dubrovnik is absolutely magical—medieval buildings that feel straight out of Game of Thrones. We loved every moment and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
