Apartments Nina & Paula are located in Zaton bay, just 250 meters from Stikovica beach. Apartments are two-story house where apartment Nina is on ground floor with a sea view terrace and above is apartment Paula with sea view balcony and a garden behind. Each unit has an open floor plan with living and dining room and kitchen with all appliances you might need. The bathroom includes a washing machine and a comfortable shower. Vila M is a brand new villa on the market and works have been concluded in 2022, but with oldest cornerstone. In early 60’s well known artist Milovan Stanić created entire project by himself. His family adjusted the project to make some sort of Milovan’s contemporary sustainable museum as he wanted it to be. 4 en-suite bedrooms and 170 m2 of “closed space” is in synergy and continues with 200 m2 of terraces. The 80m2 basement is an open space gallery to honor Milovan's work.
