Desuden er der terrasse både oppe og nede, og fri parkering kan ske såvel oppe som nede i forhold til ejendommen.

Indendørs findes biograf, billiard, bordtennis og bordfodbold - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Herudover 5 rummelige soveværelser samt et fuldt udstyret køkken.
